The living area is open to the kitchen and has ample seating, a smart TV, and bluetooth speakers with surround sound. Full view sliders open up to the lanai for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The fully stocked kitchen is state-of-the-art with gleaming quartz counters, SS appliances, pantry, and a huge island with counter seating for 5. It is stocked with everything you need to cook a feast. The large laundry room has a new (2023) front-load washer and dryer, utility sink, and loads of cabinet space. There is also a whole-house water filtration system.

The home has a dedicated dining room with seating for 6 that also shares duty as a home office. It is set up with a spacious desk, bookcase, and a wireless printer for those of you who may need to work while on vacation.

The master bedroom boasts a split-king adjustable bed, a private updated bath, and access via a sliding patio door to the lanai. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two XL twin beds that can be made into a king bed upon request. Non-shedding dogs are welcome with owner`s approval prior to booking.
