Welcome to our 3BR - 2BTH home steps away from Vanderbilt Beach in Naples! This coastal oasis offers a perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. Bask in the warmth of the fire pit as you watch mesmerizing sunsets. Inside, you`ll find a comfortable living space with coastal-inspired decor, a fully equipped kitchen, & cozy bedrooms that ensure a restful stay. Kick back & relax here at the Seaside Serenity!

The space:

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located near Vanderbilt Beach.

LIVING AREA: Clean and comfy. Expect to have all the essentials: Smart TV with Netflix, a comfortable couch, and plenty of space to relax.

OFFICE AREA: Part of the living room space. There`s a white desk with a very comfortable chair to utilize if you need to get some work done during your stay!

KITCHEN: Stainless steel appliances. Stove, Oven, Microwave, Coffeemaker, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Blender, Toaster, Etc.

DINING AREA: Off of the kitchen and living room. The dining table seats 6 people.

WASHER & DRYER: Private washer and dryer room if you need to utilize during your stay, detergent provided.

SLEEPING: 3 Bedrooms

MASTER: King Size Bed, foldable doors for closet space, has its own flat screen TV, standing mirror, ceiling fan and plenty of lighting.

BEDROOM 2: Queen size bed, foldable doors for closet space, private flat screen smart TV and plenty of lighting.

BEDROOM 3: Queen size bed, foldable doors for closet space, private flat screen smart TV and plenty of lighting.

2 Bathrooms - MASTER BATHROOM: Tub and Shower combo, single sink, toiletries provided.

2nd BATHROOM: Tub and Shower combo, Single Sink, Toiletries Provided.

Lanai: Seating and a small table to enjoy the fresh Naples Air.

Backyard: Fun filled backyard! Hammock, Corn hole, and a fire pit. Plenty of activities to do in the backyard with your friends or family!

Up to 3 cars can fit in the driveway.

You can access every part of the space. We have nothing blocked off or locked up within the home that you do not have access to.

No glassware is allowed near or around the hot tub.

Early Check-In Fees
Check-in time is from 4:00pm-1:00am. Additional fees may apply depending on your requested check-in time between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. A full nightly rate will apply for any check-in before 12:00 p.m.

Late Check-Out Fees
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Additional fees may apply depending on your requested check-out time between 10am and 1pm. A full nightly rate will apply for any check-out after 1:00 p.m.

All early check-in and late check-out requests must be approved in advance and confirmed in writing by our team, and are subject to availability.

Hot tub Heating: $35/day to heat the hot tub. All reservations must be made 24-48 hours in advance.

Use of hot tub is at guests’ own risk. By booking and using these amenities, guests acknowledge and accept all responsibility for their safety and the safety of their party. Children must be supervised at all times.

Bicycles and equipment are available for rent at $25 per day. Guests who choose to rent will be required to sign a waiver prior to use.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 fine will be imposed if smoking is confirmed or if lingering smoke odors are detected.

The beach is about a 14-minute walk from the property.

Access to the hot tub and bicycles is available as optional, paid amenities. The access fee covers use of the amenities only and does not include supervision, instruction, or any form of safety monitoring.

Use of these amenities is entirely voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.

🔥 Hot Tub Use
• Guests assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, accident, or damage arising from hot tub use.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Use is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, intoxicated, or who have medical conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or other health concerns.
• No glass in or around the hot tub.
• Do not exceed posted occupancy limits.
• Use while under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol is strictly prohibited.

🚲 Bicycle Use
• Guests assume full responsibility for any injury, accident, collision, theft, or damage arising from bicycle use.
• Riders must comply with all local traffic laws.
• Helmets are strongly recommended.
• No riding while intoxicated or under the influence.
• Guests are responsible for properly securing bicycles when not in use.
• Guests are financially responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged bicycles.
• Children under 18 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
