This magnificent, tropical home in the heart of Naples offers groups and families a huge, heated saltwater pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor gathering/relaxation/dining patio with a mix of sun and shade. Enjoy water features and deck jets along the patio, palms and other south Floridian plant species, outdoor seating for conversation, dining, and sunbathing, plus swings and trapeze bars in the trees, and a gas grill for cooking and entertaining.

The 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is thoughtfully renovated with tile floors throughout; an immaculate, white custom kitchen with quartzite countertops and Bosch appliances; contemporary furnishings in an open floor plan; and bright, comfortable bedrooms. New central AC keeps the air cool and conditioned.

Walk or bike to The Fresh Market, Starbucks, Publix, Felipe's Mexican Tacqueria, The Yard House Pub, First Watch, Duck Donuts, Seagate Park plus other nearby restaurants, shops and pharmacies. Bike to the beach, the Waterside Shoppes, Venetian Village, and the shops and restaurants at Meracto. Just a 10 minute drive to Downtown 5th Ave and 3rd Street plus Baker Park, Cambier Park, and the amazing biking/hiking/skating trails on the Greenway.

The huge, fenced-in backyard invites groups and families for pool and lawn games. Ample parking off the quiet, private circle makes it easy to accommodate family and friends.

We love our pets and recognize that you might want to vacation with yours too! Pets are welcome upon approval and subject to a fee per stay to help with additional cleaning.

Spring Break

Great Time but House Lacking Certain Necessities

Tthe weather during our stay was outstanding and the owners were very pleasant and attentive. We enjoyed the Florida sun and the spacious pool. The kitchen was well equipped and newly renovated - very stylish. However, comfortably this rental is best for a maximum of 4 adults (maybe a couple of children) and lacking many traveling necessities - no closets or bureaus in 2 guest rooms and one with no door (these 2 rooms are only suitable for kids), very poor bedroom lighting and the outdoor area, furniture & pool floats should have been cleaned before the next tenants. We don't think our complaints are unfounded for the price we paid. Wish our review could have been more positive as the house has great potential if some of these issues are remedied.

Terrific stay!

We had a terrific month at Jessica’s and Sam’s house! The location is ideal - close to everything we needed! The pool and hot tub were great!!! The house was well stocked inside and for the pool and beaches. The large fenced-in yard was perfect for our dogs. And having Jessica so close when we had a few questions was most helpful. We hope to return here in the future!

Great house for families

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Completely stocked with games and toys for our 5&7 year olds. The pool area and yard are fantastic and the property manager was very responsive to our needs. Our only complaint was just that the neighborhood was a little iffy - some cute houses but some pretty slummy, which we realized on New Year’s Eve when the fireworks went off for about 8 hours and the next morning the street and multiple front yards were covered in trash. Due to the location not walkable up the beach or to old town Naples, we also felt a bit isolated from Naples itself. It was nice however to have Fresh Market within walking distance and multiple other businesses close as as well.

Best family stay ever

Our family of 6 adults, 2 babies and a dog enjoyed the house for a month. The pool was refreshing and serviced weekly, the large backyard was a perfect entertainment centre for the dog. The house is sunny and beautiful, well apportioned and equipped for all family needs, including babes. And the location is ideal. A 10-minute drive to downtown Naples, or 20 minutes by beach bike. It was a wonderful base to explore beaches, wildlife sanctuaries and an hour from Sanibel, Captiva. Jessica and Samantha ... thank you, thank you for the best family vacation ever. Great Outdoor Space

Fabulous retreat for all ages

We stayed for 5 weeks and had a fabulous time. Had family, with young children, for a few days, adult friends for a week, and a working weekend with 2 colleagues. Everyone loved the place—it had all we needed!! Will return!

Sweet 16 birthday success!

We had an amazing time at this property. I took my daughter and 3 of her friends for her 16th birthday celebration. The property was perfect, amazing, explained perfectly in the VRBO description. The house had everything we needed and more! The pool was beautiful. I loved the fact that the master was separate from the other bedrooms. The location was perfect as well. I was worried about it, but it was 10 minutes from everything. The host was extremely communicative and I really appreciated that. We would come back again for sure! Thank you!! Theresa/Gia

Wonderful home for a large family reunion

Our family of 7 was in Naples to visit with family from other parts of the country staying nearby. This home was ideal for this occasion. Large enough to comfortably sleep 7 adults. Beautiful yard and pool area, clean and bright. Lovely.

BEAUTIFUL NAPLES HOME!!

My sisters, kids, and I had a FANTASTIC stay at this gorgeous home. It’s an open concept space with so much room to spread out, cook, entertain… you name it, they can accommodate!! The kitchen is well stocked. The pool and hot tub were well used!!! The view from the master bed and living room every morning was beautiful. Who doesn’t want to wake up to a pool and a huge yard!!? Host was lovely and any questions we had were answered promptly. Publix, Starbucks, restaurants all so close by. Naples zoo is a must see!!!! We will be back.

The house is exactly as pictured, plus it is stocked with everything you might need.

The house is very pretty, great decorations, very comfortable for our group of 8. The pool area is great, they have everything, bikes, beach chairs, plenty of towels, dishes, pots, 2 refrigerators, spices, oil, kcups, board games, puzzles. I’m only giving a 4 because it was not spotless clean. I will say I am picky when it comes to cleanliness and my daughter is allergic to pet hair and there were a lot of dog hairs all over the house. We had to change the AC filter because it seemed it had not been changed in years, and my daughter is allergic. I’m sure if we had called the owner, they would have changed it, but it was a quick fix so we didn’t want to be a bother.

This home was perfect! It is a very spacious and beautiful home with an amazing yard and pool that we enjoyed everyday. The house is fully equipped with everything you can think of (they thought of every). The decorations are on point and the cleanliness was perfect. The host was available for any questions we had. If you love game nights with your family, this is the vacation house for you. We loved staying here and we will definitely return.

Great Vacation Spot

This property is beautiful, well organized and well equipped with everything you need and more. The beach is nearby as well as restaurants and stores. My grandkids went swimming every day in the pool. My adult children loved the heated jacuzzi! We did not want to leave!!
