Unit 14 is a two-level second floor unit situated perfectly at the center of the building with front windows overlooking the pool. The condo is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable downtown stay. The living room has a large smart TV and the fully equipped kitchen opens to a dining area with sliding glass doors that open up for fresh air when weather permits. Contemporary and tropical decor creates a cozy, laid back feel. A powder room and stacked washer and dryer on the main floor offer convenience! Both bedrooms are located upstairs, each with its own full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a desk overlooking the pool and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a mounted TV. The community pool is surrounded by chaise lounges and umbrellas as well as tables for outdoor dining. The Pierre Club is a small building with friendly residents, leading many guests to return year after year to this home away from home in paradise! Beach gear is provided for the short 1.5 block walk to the beach. Enjoy the one-block walk the other direction to coffee shops, cafes, excellent shopping and fine dining along beautiful Third Street South. This is truly a location where a vehicle is optional as you can walk or bike almost anywhere you'd like to go! Naples is growing rapidly but a stay at the Pierre Club is experiencing true Olde Naples living - on tranquil beach time! Please note the following details about booking this property. DATE REQUIREMENTS: Even month bookings (meaning check-in on 1st of month, check-out on last day of month) might be required. During peak season from January-April, a 2 month minimum stay might be required. Please inquire prior to booking alternate dates! APPLICATION: All rentals at Pierre Club require a lease application be completed and submitted at least 3 weeks prior to check-in date for approval. Forms will be emailed upon booking or upon request prior to booking.
