Briarwood, located in the heart of Naples, with a 24/7 guarded gate & security, is only a short drive away from many spectacular white sand beaches, incredible shopping and a multitude of fabulous restaurants! It is just a short 5 miles east of the Gulf of Mexico and the famous Fifth Ave South & Third Street South shopping districts. Briarwood offers 2 large heated pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball and a wonderful children’s playground….All only a short walk from the villa.

Swept Away has a fully appointed kitchen, ready and waiting for your culinary endeavors.

The bedrooms are set up with very comfortable mattresses and quality bedding. Duvet covers are changed and all throw pillows are disinfected between guests.

Master - King w/TV and en suite bath (dual vanities, soaking tub w/separate shower & water closet), a desk & direct pool access. Child safety lock on sliding glass door.

Guest - Queen w/TV (full bath with tub/shower combo, shared in hall). Direct access to pool from this bedroom. Child safety lock on sliding glass door.

Guest - 2 twin beds, with the option to be converted to a king, with notice prior to arrival (full bath with tub/shower combo, shared in hall)

Outdoor screened lanai, surrounding the large heated pool, offers an expansive deck area for sunning, a dining table for 6, plus 4 very comfortable chaise lounges and a large brand new grill. The lanai also has a covered area for those that want a break from the sun.

Property includes beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, pool floats, and a large Igloo cooler.

Children are welcome! The villa is equipped with a travel size crib, a high chair, a child size dining table & chairs and toddler dish set! All exterior doors that open into the pool area have child safety locks on them.

The property manager also lives in Briarwood and is always easy to reach for any needs that might arise during your stay. The owner is also easily reachable via phone, text or email if needed.

Our family loves our villa and we look forward to sharing it with you!! We take great pride in its quality and cleanliness. Therefore, renters are responsible for any damages to the property that occur by them or their guests during their stay.

*After booking, guests are sent 2 required documents to be completed and returned, a Rental Agreement and the Briarwood Application fee. Briarwood charges a $100 application fee. If application is received less than 20 days prior to occupancy Briarwood charges an additional $100 fee, and if received less than 7 days prior to occupancy there is an additional $200 fee, and if same day service there is an a $300 additional fee.

Optional Pool Heat: $20/night

Weekly cleaning services can be provided at an additional charge.

Strictly enforced rules:
* No pets allowed.
* No smoking or vaping allowed in house or pool lanai area.
* No events/ parties allowed on premises.
* No more than 6 guests (including infants & children) allowed overnight in house.

Cancellation policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. We HIGHLY recommend that you purchase travel insurance, to protect you financially, if you need to cancel for an unforeseen reason.

Security Cameras disclosure :
For guests' security and ours, external security cameras are located at the front door, the garage door, and the pool heater. One interior camera is located in the garage, pointing away from the house, for the security of the small car stored in there. NO cameras are located inside the house or the pool lanai.
