NEW Naples Modern Farmhouse w/Heated Pool, Sleep 10

Newly remodeled-just minutes from Naples' beautiful sandy white beaches! You'll feel right at home here with its cozy and stylish farmhouse touches and brand new furnishings. This spacious home sleeps 10+ with 4 bedrooms- 5 beds and 3 full bathrooms. The large kitchen is fully stocked and is the perfect spot to eat and entertain, while the outdoor patio is a great place to relax or grill your favorite BBQ for the crew. Take a dip in the heated pool or spend your days poolside soaking up the sun.
The space
The house is loaded with all your basic needs! You're all set up to BBQ pool side, cook a full meal or bake in the kitchen, hang out by the pool or spend a day at the beach!

The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom and walk in closet. Bedrooms #2 and #3 have queen beds and the bedroom #4 has two full beds. There is a full bathroom next to bedrooms #2 and #3 and another full bathroom by bedroom #4. We also have a blow up mattress available should it be needed. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout shades, so nap time for your littles is a breeze.

Whether you plan to spend the day poolside or at the beach, we have everything you may need. We provide four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella, 2 coolers, a beach wagon, pool/beach towels and pool/beach toys for your littles. We also include a beach parking pass for Delnor-Wiggins State Park that all guests are welcome to use.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE- please respect the house and more importantly, our neighbors. Please read house rules prior to booking. There is a $250 fee for noise complaints.

While we love our little furry friends, this is not a pet friendly home. Sorry!

The pool does have a safety fence (see picture) going across the patio for liability and safety reasons. This is not to be moved.

LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION! This is a GREAT location if you are looking to spend time in Downtown Naples or on Naples' famous white sandy beaches. It’s less than a 10-minute drive to the beach and a 20-minute drive to the infamous restaurants on 3rd Street and shoppers paradise on 5th Avenue. Naples is home to more than 700 restaurants, great local breweries, beautiful botanical gardens, historic museums and there’s no shortage of wildlife whether your on the ocean or visiting the Zoo! We’re 10 minutes from the Mercato Shops- a great spot for live entertainment and music all week long and if golf is your game, we’re surrounded by beautiful courses. For your every day needs, there’s a SuperTarget, Walmart and Publix all within 5 minutes of the house.

Other things to note:
We love our house and ask that you leave it in the same condition as you found it. Our cleaners do a fantastic job but if they miss something, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be quick to fix it! Please no moving around the furniture, avoid eating in the bedrooms and please do not mess with the pool equipment. Contact me with any questions or concerns and I'll do my best to take care of anything that you may need. Our family of 10 enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property! Every detail was accounted for: small bathroom toiletries, cleaning products, beach items, kids toys, a fully stocked kitchen - I could go on and on! Staying here was as easy as it was comfortable. The property was clean and welcoming when we arrived. It offered plenty of space for our large group. Jenna was super responsive and helpful to any and never need! Would 100% love to stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality rental in the Naples area!

Family Vacation Stay

We had a great stay at this property. We travel as a big family 3-4 times a year and this home had so much space for us all. The host was so quick to respond, 10/10 customer service.Pros: big kitchen stocked with essentials, 2 indoor living areas, lots of outdoor/pool toys, plenty of parking on the driveway, home was beautifully decorated. Plenty of pool towels. the garage had so many beach essentials (so many beach chairs) Just a few cons for us personally: Not enough bath towels for our size family, we usually rent homes with each bathroom stocked with lots of bath-towels and wash cloths. The AC seemed controlled, the last night was 77 degrees despite setting it to 71. All of this to say we ultimately would stay here again. We highly recommend this property!

Naples Adventure

Had a wonderful time with the 9 of us (6 adults-2 toddlers-1infant) and there was plenty of room for all. The pool area was perfect for daytime and nighttime get togethers. The home was spacious and had everything needed to get by for a week. A lot of extras were supplied for pool toys. Jenna very responsive and responsible. Grill worked great and the outdoor covered patio was very useful for kid’s naps. Very nice home and worth staying when in Naples. Highly recommend it!

Napels ~family trip

This home had everything we needed . The beds and pillows were so cozy and soft . We nicknamed them “cloud beds” The home was spacious with a fully stocked kitchen . The location was right around the corner from seed to table which has become one of our favorite spots in Naples. Close to the beautiful beaches and shopping too. The pool and covered patio was very nice with the fan and TV. Jenna was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had what we needed and always answered back quickly. My entire family family enjoyed their stay !

Family Visit

Jenna was a great host. She was very communicative and accommodating. The house was perfect for our family of 9. The photos do a very good job depicting the house as it really is. It was spacious and very nicely upgraded and came with all of the necessities and more needed for a comfortable stay. The grankids especially enjoyed the pool. Our family was very comfortable gathering in the kitchen, family room, living room, dining room, or the great choice of outdoor seating areas around the pool! We would highly reccommend this house for your next stay in the Naples area!

House, Location, Owner - Triple Winner

When you walk into this house it smells clean. The floors are spotless and the bathrooms sparkling. The layout of the house is great for a small group as you can settle into one of three living rooms all equipped with streaming TVs. One is even located outside under cover and protected by a Lanai. The beds were most comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The pool area outside is everything you could want, nice pool, covered lanai, outdoor furniture and barbecue pit. Location is great just a couple of miles from I-75 and a couple of miles from Tamiami Trail. It's close to the Mercato where there are some nice restaurants and it is short drive to 5th Ave on Naples. Seed to Table is about a mile away and there is a Sam's close by as well as a Walmart and two Publix. The owner was very helpful throughout our stay and responded in real-time to any questions asked through the VBRO app. We stayed for about six weeks and the owner offered us a complimentary cleaning service in the middle of our stay. If you have a chance to stay here, do so! We had a blast!

Incredible Place to Stay!!!

There are multiple reasons why you should book this stay. The owners have thought about every single thing you could possibly need. Jenna responded to any questions we had within minutes, the place was very clean and our family DIDN'T want to leave. Here are few things to note when considering your stay here: Pool - It's basically brand new. Had many different pool toys for the kids. We were at peace knowing there was a safety net around the pool when it wasn't used. Beach Accessories - Brand new everything! Super comfortable Tommy Bahama chairs, beach toys for the kids, coolers and multiple wagons. This place had everything you needed. House Layout & Beds - Extremely comfortable and each room basically has its own location in the house. The home was super spacious with two living spaces indoor and a bonus location under a covered porch. TV's in every room was a huge plus when the kids needed some downtime. Kitchen - Everything you needed was provided by the host. Pots, Pans, Plates, Dishes, etc. There wasn't a single thing that was missing. Neighborhood - AMAZING location to everything and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We even took walks throughout the day to look at the Christmas Decorations. This is for sure a place we will be returning to. We had high expectations for this trip and Jenna's home far exceeded our expectations. IT'S A MUST!!!!!!

Perfect Family Stay!

I am local to the Fort Myers/Naples area but originally from Chicago. It's always tough having the space to accommodate more than a couple of family members at a time so I never really had everyone down. For my grandma's 80th birthday we decided it would be the best to rent a house so the entire family could be together. Looking through listings is always very stressful as you never know if the listing is going to be as good as it sounds. I will be the first to say that this listing EXCEEDED my expectations. First and foremost the property was very clean and well put together. All of the closets and cabinets were stocked with anything you would need. The host provides a booklet that answers 98% of any questions you may have and Jenna (the property owner) is quick to the trigger with any questions you may have during your stay. The house was also baby/toddler friendly (loved the gate around the pool to ease the mind). I can't say enough good things about the property owner. Very polite, responsive and accommodating. My family left a couple items behind and she diligently mailed the items! Big thank you to Jenna. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Highly Recommend this VRBO!

We stayed at this property in April of 2023, while we were in town for our wedding. We had 10 people total staying at the property and were VERY pleased with everything! Jenna, the host, was quick to respond to my messages and the property had everything we needed + some. The background pool and covered patio was our spot. We all fit comfortably and loved our stay. I would highly recommend others to stay at this property. Very good location!
