The Quarry is located just a little over 10 miles from the beach and is a quick drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport, and I-75. The Space:
Your first floor coach home features a King bed in the main bedroom, a Standard bed in the second bedroom and a single bed in the third bedroom. There is a wonderful en suite main bathroom that has dual sinks, a water closet, a glass enclosed shower and a soaking tub that is quite luxurious,
The second bathroom features a shower and tub combo and is easily accessed from both bedrooms and the living areas of the home. There is a open concept floor plan throughout the living spaces which features a large kitchen with granite counters with a bar height counter and 4 bar stools to pull up and enjoy a casual conversation. The dining room nook has a beautiful 6 top dining room table and chairs.
In the family room you can relax on the sofa, the oversized chair or the chair and ottoman. There is a wall mounted large screen TV and you can get out to the lanai easily from here through the sliding glass doors. Once on the lanai you will be amazed at the beautiful lake view that is long and on many nights you can enjoy the sunset! Additionally there is a attached 2 car garage. a laundry room right outside of the garage and the home comes with the use of pool and beach gear. Vanderbilt Beach is only 10.5 miles away from you home so you will be sitting on the sand and enjoying the water very quickly from leaving the gates of the Quarry.
The community clubhouse is only a short walk or drive from the home so you can go an enjoy all the amenities at your convenience and grab a cocktail or beer at the Tiki Bar or a meal at the Beach Club at the amenities center. Please take a look at the extensive amenities that are available and that recently had a multi million dollar refurbishment. You won't find more amenities at any neighborhood anywhere in Naples!

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.

This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. This community has a 30 day minimum, 3 leases per year
