Family Tides is absolutely perfect for your vacation. This house is made for a gathering. The kitchen area is designed to bring a family together having seating accommodations in two separate islands areas. The large tables seats 12!

The back yard has a southern exposure which allows for longer pool days. It includes an enclosed private heated pool and outdoor bar. The outdoor dining area is surrounded by a pizza oven, fire pit, grill and mango trees.

This home boasts a beautiful Master Suite, has a romantic flair with a king size sleigh bed. There are two guest rooms in the front of the house. There is a queen bed in the first room. The second room has a bunk bed with a queen as the bottom bunk and a full bed as the top bunk. The main living area features two separate living rooms. One of them features a large sectional while the other has a reclining futon. The dining room seats 12 and includes a wrap around bench. The kitchen is truly gourmet, with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.

Take advantage of Naples' award-winning beaches. The white sands of Vanderbilt Beach Park offer snack concessions, watersports, and Cabana/lounger rentals. Or take the family for a picnic or some fishing and kayaking at the scenic Delnor-Wiggins State Park. The idyllic gulf-front park borders the protected Cocohatchee River Estuary, known for its prolific wildlife, including several bird species, dolphins, and manatees.

Enjoy Florida's world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment at the nearby Mercato. The open-air complex is packed with eclectic restaurants, coffee shops, and bars featuring live entertainment and even a 12-theater VIP Cinema and Wholefoods to top it off. Just minutes from your rental, you'll find several five-star beach resorts and golf courses in addition to grocery stores, local eateries, and all the regular beach-city amenities.

Tennis enthusiasts will find challenging matches on nearby Pelican Bay Community Park’s well-kept lighted public clay courts. Golfer will find a vast choice of public courses nearby.

You can also enjoy a sunset cocktail or dinner at one of the Beachfront luxury establishments such as the Turtle Club or the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Boating enthusiasts can rent boats at the nearby marina and enjoy the beautiful waters, wildlife, and abundant beaches.

Sunny Retreat

This vacation rental was perfect for our group of adults and teens. The pool was amazing and the layout of the home worked perfectly. The living and dining space was large enough for everyone to feel comfortable. The bedrooms and baths were exactly as described. Any questions we had were answered promptly and we had a very enjoyable time. Thank you!

Location was great, house was okay.

The location of the house was great, we walked to the Mercado several times and caught the golf cart to the beach, which was convenient. The house was just okay. The master bedroom was converted from the garage so the temperature wasn’t consistent. There was no welcome book with information or recommendations (there was a WiFi/password sign). Overall, we would definitely stay in the neighborhood again, just not at this house.

5-Star Oasis by Vanderbilt Beach

Staying at the Sunny Retreat house in Naples was an absolute breeze! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were blown away by the impeccable cleanliness, fresh nautical decor, and thoughtful amenities provided by the hosts. The thoughtful layout and comfortable furnishings made it both easy to relax and also host friends for dinners. We especially loved that our sun lovers could sunbathe in the pool while our shade seekers could lounge close by in the covered gathering space. The location was ideal, with easy access to groceries, restaurants and sunsets on the beach. Our entire stay was seamless, thanks to the excellent communication and hospitality of the hosts. We can't wait to return!

Great location & a comfortable home

The house is convenient to many areas, shops, restaurants around Naples. It was well-stocked with all our basic needs which is very helpful. Although it's a ranch-style home, we had plenty of space for each person to have his/her own space. The pool was big enough (especially for younger children); it was nice to have the lanai mesh covering, so there were no bugs around the pool. Dan was great in timely correspondences and answering our questions. The house was clean; the floors could have been mopped better (as we we like to go bare feet). This was brought to Dan's attention, which he addressed with his cleaning people.

Awesome house

The house was awesome. Very clean, great pool and lounge area. The bedrooms were comfortable and roomy, the kitchen was big and well appointed, and there were 2 living room areas for the kids to relax in. We love Naples Park and this was a great house. Would definitely stay again

Naples 2023

This place—location, rooms, kitchen, living rooms, pool area and backyard—was perfect for us. It was kid friendly. And the owner, Dan, answered the phone immediately when we called. The only negative was that with daytime temperatures in the mid-80s two of the bedrooms, particularly the master BR was too hot at night.

Girls Getaway

Myself and four of my friends stayed for 6 days and we loved the house!! The house was clean and stocked well. We used the bikes to ride to the beach, enjoyed the pool with rafts that were available! Dan was very attentive to all my questions I had. We enjoyed karaoke at Sneaky Pete’s …lunch at Hampton Social ! Highly recommend!

Ideal holiday

We were thrilled with our rental in Naples Park. The owner Dan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He responded immediately to any of our requests and was very receptive to any ideas. When our flight was cancelled he allowed us to stay for the full day until our new flight left. The house is in an quiet neighborhood and it is close to everything. We could walk to the Mercato to the Whole Foods and many restaurants. It was a 5 minute drive to the beach or a 25 minute walk. The house is an open plan with an excellent well equipped kitchen and lots of space for everyone to relax. The backyard has a netted in pool and lots of seating and eating areas as well. We were a family with grandparents, children and grandchildren and it was a pleasure to be in the home. We highly recommend it

We were beyond pleased with this location, super clean and updated, lots of space, the owner was very responsive to any requests and quickly assisted us. The neighborhood is very peaceful and laid back, close to great shops, and restaurants. The beach was beautiful and clean, we parked in the turtle reserve to access the beach. We would highly recommend this location!!!

A great house with all you need!

This property is awesome and truly has everything you need from pool floaties to enjoy in the backyard to gear to take to the beach. The space is perfect for group gatherings - I stayed with girlfriends and we spent lots of time around the huge island and at the dining table It’s clean, it’s a great location with easy access to the major attractions of Naples, and the owner communicates quickly!

Vacations at the east coast….

The experience at the property was excellent!!!! The house it’s comfortable, clean and cozy. The kitchen is full equipped and spaceous. The pool was awesome too where you can have a glance of the sunset. The beach is beautiful and close to the house. The property manager, Dan is was very helpful and always ready to answer any text or phone call.

Excellent property

This is a beautiful property, beautifully decorated, convenient location right next to Mercato and the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. It has everything you need, and more. We loved the pool and the back patio. We had lots of fun and made so many great memories. Our kids did not want to leave. We would definitely come back.

Great Location

The property is exactly as advertised. Dan was quick to respond and help with what we needed. Perfect location for our family trip to see our father for his 80th birthday. Close to Mercato and a few blocks to Vanderbilt beach. The Pool is a must in my opinion for Florida. By the way the Cactus in the front is absolutely stunning when it flowers in the morning 🤩

Perfect house with excellent location

This was our first time to Naples. The house was just as described. Beautiful tile floors, clean refreshing colors and an amazing back yard for entertaining. We arrived to a clean and welcoming home. The property owner allowed us to have baby supplies delivered early, though they provide some. Communication was seamless, and very prompt. If we weren’t at the gulf in the water, or our to dinner at one of the close by locations. We were in the pool. The pool was heated and at the perfect temperature. The host always ended a conversation with “Have fun, and enjoy your vacation.” We had family at other locations in the neighborhood and their properties paled in comparison to ours. The sea shell driveway boarders were a welcome surprise! The house was equipped with everything you needed to cook, modern appliances and washer and dryer. The host was very easy to talk to, and extremely welcoming to the home. We did have a couple of questions and he was quick to answer. I would definitely rent this property again, next time we return to Naples. It’s amenities and 10min location from about everything, make it a perfect house. Thank you for the hospitality!

Clean accommodations with incredible location.

We were looking for a gap place to stay in the Naples, Florida area until our family accommodations were ready for us, we came across Dan’s house. Perfect size, location and price. Less than one mile from Vanderbilt Beach and within reasonable driving distance to most Naples restaurants and other amenities. Clean, new appliances and all around great place to stay. Oh, the price is just right, too!

Loved This Property!

The owner was great to work with, he answered questions right away and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for our stay. Being able to relax around the pool and entire outdoor area was the focal point for our 65th birthday party for we high school friends from Iowa. The property itself was close to shopping, the beach, groceries, etc. We loved it all!! We will be back and highly recommend Naples Sand to others looking for quality and comfort in North Naples.

Amazing time!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. We were there on an unusally cold week. In true MN fashion the kids still swam when it was 50 degrees since the pool was heated. Had 2 questions on the trip that were answered extremely quickly. The kids asked if we could come back every year. We will definately consider this house again.

Awesome home in North Naples!!!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. This place is very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Loved the heated pool. Kitchen is like new. You have to ride the bikes over to Vanderbilt Beach, about 5 minutes. So great. Host is fantastic and communicates very well. Even the neighbor got in on that action, very nice guy, very helpful.
