«Epic Realty manages this unit and it was very clean with everything you need for a long stay in Maui. The only thing I found I needed was a cutting board. Other than that, the mini split keeps the temperature comfortable. The location is great with nice views. The property itself is well maintained and the foliage/plants are stunning. Very laid back atmosphere at Napili Shores with a central location to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.»

«Pros: nice water view, I saw a whale while on the phone with customer service.Cons: We were disappointed and left early due to non responsive management. My family stays in a lot of owner-rental units and understand the the character that comes with individual units- have never complained until renting this one. The unit was well worn, stained too-soft mattress, fleas, many owner items left around the unit that were not helpful for guests... a printer in the closet where a suitcase might go, ...

«Pros: The view is beautiful! The unit is very breezy. The management added a portable AC unit in the lower bedroom.Cons:The worst part and deal breaker is that there are so MANY flying and crawling pests even during the day!!!One flying bug landed in my lip one time and we found 2 small cockroaches in the oatmeal that I cooked the night before and left on the stove. They were so small they got in through pot’s steam hole! The next day we found another 2 cockroaches floating ...

«Overall the stay was nice. We’re a family of 7. The beach access is probably the best thing about this rental - kids spent most of the day at the beach. The downside to the house is the internet is very poor, our phones worked better at the beach than the house (maybe a good thing if you want to unplug). Washer and dryer are also not in the home, they’re located in the garage which is not accessible through the house - You need to go out the front door and downstairs to access garage and washer ...

«If you’re looking for a place in west Maui to relax, consider Napili Point! Very private beach front, plenty of parking (which can be challenging in Napili!) and close access to sandy beaches and food options. Condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to live carefree for a week…not once did we have to go out and get something, everything was included in condo (washer/dryer, laundry detergent, dishes, utensils, beach equipment, etc). Will definitely be returning and ...
