My husband I stayed Feb6th thru 8th. The room we stayed in. 4126. The front door was extremely loud. It probably woke up are neighbors. The mattress and pillows were to soft. No good sleep at all. The room was very hot. The heater was not on. We wanted to open are door but are screen was broken. The lock was broken. No complimentary breakfast. We awoke on Saturday to go to breakfast in the hotel. I didn't see pancakes on the menue. So i asked the gentlemen. Did they have them. He proceeds to give me the price of the pancakes. I politely told him. I didnt ask for the price. He immediately knew he f up. Tis should have been a training in Customer Service or in life. Never ever assume. This is what topped it off and made our stay poor. He made my husband and I feel like if we were a certain color. This would have never came out of his mouth. So we spent are money elsewhere. Very disappointing birthday surprise weeked for my husband and I. Housekeeping was awesome. The younglady who cleaned are room was very nice and the Manager.
