«We had the standard room which is TINY and they did try to upsell us on arrival but it was fine for the two nights we were there. Good shower, nice toiletries, comfortable bed. Good to have laundry facilities although not cheap. The immediate area around is quite quiet so the bar, shop, etc were useful although the bar was very expensive and didn’t have great options. A great shop in reception.»

«We got an amazing deal through Expedia as it's the off season in Jeju that made this stay worth it. I would not pay the full price for this hotel.
Please keep in mind this is an older place so while it was clean it also is very worn out.
Pros.
The rooms we were in were massive with great views on 2 sides.
The breakfast was good for the price you pay but you need to be ok with Korean style. I would suggest checking if large groups are staying as there was a large school group the 2nd & 3rd ...

«직원들도 별로고 숙소도 별로예요. 말투가 툭툭거리는 분이 계셔서 체크인하는 동안 숙소 이미지 다 깎였습니다. 왜 그런 분을 프론트에 배치하는지 이해가 안갔어요. 수건도 매일매일 시간 맞춰 교체요청하지 않으면 안바꿔주는 시스템이에요. 수영장 수건도 돈받고…장기투숙했는데 휴가 제대로 망쳤어요. 다시는 안갑니다.»

«Expectations were maybe higher than usual after reading so many positive reviews, and maybe the place is more suitable for the Asian market and families with small children. Check-in took forever. Dining options are limited, and it is not always easy to get a taxi to other areas. Finding a dead frog in the pool also made swimming less appealing. Many of the staff members seemed not particularly happy in their roles, which affected the overall impression. However, the cleaning staff were ...

«I enjoyed my stay at Jeju Ocean Square Resort. The ocean-view room and peaceful surroundings made it a relaxing place to stay, and it was a good base for exploring Jeju Island by car.
However, the bugs and mosquitoes were a downside and could be quite annoying. Better pest control would definitely improve the experience.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there’s room for improvement!»

«Bedding had stain. Shower was a joke - the overhead shower head had been removed and the wand holder was attached with silucone (which detached and the wand fell). Pool was nice but they would clean it in the afternoon when I needed to jump in after spensing hours at the beach. Great location though.»
