«Flotte rom og super beliggenhet»

«We were really happy with our stay. They gave us a free upgrade for the room, and the staff was really helpful the entire trip. The hotell is a bit far from city centre, but the metro is not far from the hotel and is super easy to use!! Would recommend»

«Location is fairly decent, about 12 mins away from the metro by foot. But hotel is refurbished I believe but not done well. Many of the furnishes are rotting, for example the door is damaged due to water and the tiles are not fitted properly. Overall design of the space could be better.. room had a heavy smoke smell»

«Our stay at the Thompson Shanghai was generally very comfortable. The room was spacious, modern, and the beds were very comfortable. However, considering the relatively high room rate, we were quite disappointed that breakfast was not included. At this price level, we expected breakfast to be part of the stay, so this was the main downside for us.»

«Staff and location both was good»

«I have stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Overall, great experience. 30-40 min walk to the Shanghai Expo Center ( about 2.5 miles) which I did every day forth and back as a good exercise. Not many restaurants around in the walking distance. 30-35 min drive to the ...

«Vårt reisefølge hadde 3 rom. De som fikk rom i 6. etasje fikk rom med gjennomgående fuktproblem. Elendig luft og det var i dårlig forfatning. Hotellet må ha vært klar over dette da de hadde luftfiltere lett tilgjengelig i rom i samme etasje. Hele korridoren i 6. etasje hadde fukt problemer. Vi synes ikke hotellet håndterte dette godt nok da dette må ha vært et kjent problem for dem. Vil ikke anbefale dette hotellet.»

«Utmerket frokost»

«Good new feel hotel. I would assume aimed at business people as not much around, Local business has no English (not their problem but made it difficult to find somewhere to eat) and a fair way from metro. Nightmare to find, Google maps location is completely wrong and we spent over an hour lost and walking around pulling cases trying to find it - needed to use pin drop from Marriot website and its not even mentioned as being there on maps - presume new. Not near the no.2 line as expected and a ...
