«Had an excellent stay for 2 nights. Hosts are amazing and friendly. Place is cute. Room and bath is decent. Bed is hard but comfortable for my taste. We had the (mis)fortune to experience rainfall in tam coc, which make the place damp and humid. Overall nice experience. »

«Lovely»

«the room is very clean, and everyone is also very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend for anyone plan to stay in this hotel when coming to Ninh Binh»

«Really sweet family, full of hospitality, wants the very best for their guests. Cozy rooms, the beds were a little hard though, but clean and tidy. The location is in a motorbike-bicycle distance from all the many attractions in the beautiful area. »

«I found the room to be very dirty. The bathroom had black mold, the sink area needed to be cleaned, there were a lot of cobwebs and a spider on the ceiling, then really questionable streaks / stains on the sheets. I could not sleep comfortably the first night, I booked a tour the next day, so I packed my bags so I could leave that day even though I paid for 2 nights. So thats what I did, I moved to another hotel down the street and cut my losses. They can book tours and transportation if you ...

«The views are incredible and so are the staff. They were extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. They provided free bikes so we were able to ride around the local area which was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon after doing the boat tour. There’s tons of bars and restaurants a few minutes down the road. The town proper was a bit of a bike ride but definitely manageable and the ride itself is beautiful so no complaints about that. The boat tour is about a 13-15 ...

«The family that runs this homestay is very warm and friendly. The room was big (surprising for Vietnam!), modern and clean. The best part for us was the view. The limestone mountains and the river we could see out our windows and door were just so picturesque. The location is away from the main homestay areas (although very close to Hoa Lu and the Trang An Boat Ride entrance) as well as any shops. They have a decent food offering, we found it useful to supplement with eating in town and bringing ...

«Had a wonderful stay. The friendliness of Thanh and his family is what stood out the most. The local excursions, the home-cooked meals, a refreshing dip in the pool after a hot day, and being greeted by their dog were other highlights. I especially enjoyed the bike ride through the rice fields.»
