Inside the home, you'll find bright, open living areas, a gourmet kitchen with a large island, and plenty of seating. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom to provide privacy and comfort after a long day of exploring the beach! On the lowest level of the home, there is a game room furnished and the top level provides a cozy den with a sleep sofa for additional sleeping options for your guests.

As you step outside to your private oasis, you'll find a fenced-in pool area, hot tub, covered patio with gas grill, and furnished sun and shade decks perfect for dining or lounging. Take in stunning ocean views from various spots throughout the home, where you can even catch a sunrise over the horizon!

Exploring Nags Head: Located in the heart of Nags Head, guests of NH369 can enjoy easy access to popular Nags Head attractions such as Jockey's Ridge State Park (the East Coast's tallest living sand dune), Nags Head Fishing Pier, Jennette's Pier, and the iconic Bodie Island Lighthouse. The streets of Old Nags Head Place are perfect for biking and walking to nearby restaurants and shops.

Beach Access: Head north on South Virginia Dare Trail until you reach the Conch Street Beach Access. The access offers a paved parking lot, sand access and a wooden walkway to easily cross the dunes. Please note, Oceanfront properties are private, no trespassing.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
