This was honestly a terrible experience from start to finish. The hotel charged me an extra 12,000 yen just to bring an additional bed into the room instead of putting us in a proper room that actually fits three people. Instead, they set up a cheap sofa bed and still charged extra for it, which feels like a complete rip-off.
The room itself was not clean, and the bathroom was extremely small and poorly maintained. The toilet barely worked, and the bidet was literally covered in poop—it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, which is unacceptable at any hotel, let alone one charging these prices.
On top of that, the hotel advertises a guest floor with a garden and amenities, but when we tried to go, we were turned away because they had a private event. That’s something that should be clearly communicated, not something guests find out after arriving.
The pictures online make this place look way nicer than it actually is. In reality, it’s poorly maintained, overpriced, and disappointing. I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel—this place does not live up to what it promises and is not worth the money.
