Escape to nature in our 1 bed, 1 bath tiny home near Nacogdoches. Just 9 miles from downtown and 11 miles from the SFA campus. Nestled in seclusion, relish total privacy amid nature and wildlife. The road to Nacogdoches is mainly paved except for the first mile, where you travel down a gravel county road, winding through the heart of the piney woods. Sleeps 4 with the full size futon in the den.

In our 1-bed, 1-bath container home, find all the conveniences for comfortable living. The thoughtfully designed interior includes a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pot, full-sized sink, convection oven, 2-burner stove, a Blackstone grill on the porch, washer/dryer combo, and a full-sized refrigerator. Enjoy endless hot water with a tankless heater. Stay comfortable year-round with split air units for heating and cooling, easily cooling down to 65 degrees during the summer. Step outside to a cozy outdoor deck, or relax indoors in a space designed for both efficiency and comfort. Experience sustainable living without compromising on the comforts of home.

-For direct booking platforms, a $200 damage deposit will be pre-authorized on your card the day before check-in and released within 14 days after checkout if no damages occur, per our rental agreement. The door code will be provided only after approval. For Airbnb bookings, no deposit is required, covered by Airbnb’s Host Damage Protection.
-A $25 pet fee per pet applies for direct booking platforms with prior Landlord approval. For Airbnb bookings, pets are subject to Airbnb’s policy and Landlord approval, with service animals permitted under ADA rules with documentation upon request.
-Check-in is at 3:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Start bed linens in the wash before leaving, or charges may apply for direct booking platforms (Airbnb bookings follow their process).
-No smoking inside the Property; smoking must occur outside.
-No trespassing on neighboring properties.
-Maintain quiet enjoyment; noise must be minimized after 10:00 PM. Violations may result in a $50 penalty for direct booking platforms (Airbnb bookings follow their policy).
-Do not disable, tamper with, or obstruct exterior security cameras. Violations may result in a $100 penalty and termination for direct booking platforms (Airbnb bookings follow their process).
-Report lost keys, stolen items, or missing property within 24 hours, or a $100 penalty may apply for direct booking platforms (Airbnb bookings follow their process).
-Use the Property and furnishings carefully and lawfully; misuse (e.g., using decorative items as functional items) may result in repair/replacement charges.
-Respond to Landlord communications within 24 hours, or violations may lead to termination and charges for direct booking platforms (Airbnb bookings follow their process).
-No subletting or illegal use (e.g., drug use, harboring fugitives); violations result in immediate termination with no refund for direct booking platforms (Airbnb bookings follow their policy).
-Notify the Landlord immediately if a fire alarm “chirps” or has a low battery.
-No driving in the yard to protect the property; violations may result in repair charges for direct booking platforms (Airbnb bookings follow their process).
-No trailers allowed on the property; the small driveway cannot accommodate turning them around without damaging flowerbeds, and violations may result in removal costs or repair charges for direct booking platforms (Airbnb bookings follow their process).
