«Not the easiest place to navigate but there are a ton of things to do. I did find loose pretzels on a chair in my room. Overall the room was clean and neat. Beautiful view from my room »

«We checked into our room and went out after a few minutes to Foxwoods casino. When we returned at around 930pm we discovered we did not have a remote controll for our TV. They brought one to us. The refrigerator was not cleaned a ice mask was left in the freezer and the bathroom door did not close appropriately. There was no body wash in the shower. Our coffee maker has a layer or dust on top of it. Breakfast took about 20 minutes to be waited on and the pancakes i ordered were not served with ...

«Room was a delight. The jet tub was such a nice feature as well as having the extremely comfy bed! I could have rested happily in the room and pool easily the whole trip, it was so nice. The only thing the room could have had was a fridge/microwave.»

«The bathroom was not properly cleaned—there was a previously used bar of soap left behind, which was very off-putting. The wall heating unit was extremely dirty, to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable turning it on and ended up keeping it off all night. The TV felt outdated, the walls had exposed nails with no artwork, and the carpets were visibly filthy. I will say the staff were kind and courteous, which I appreciated. «I was first placed in a dirty room but they were very quick and efficient to move me which was great b/c I don’t like first floor rooms. In my second room on 2nd floor the window lock was broken so I couldn’t lock it. Uncomfortable but being in 2nd floor helped. Clock in the room nor working or unplugged?? Just used my fon for the clock. Breakfast area very clean and orderly and good. Parking lot had potholes but they were there fixing them today. Staff VERY friendly!!! »
