«The hotel itself is small and so the rooms are pretty small as well. Especially the bathroom in the room. The sink was located outside of the bathroom due to its small size. There was a terrible smell in our room. It smelled really musty in comparison to the hallway and lobby. We tried febreze and Lysol, but it was no match for the stench. We also had to ask for extra pillow and linen although the room itself featured a pull out couch. But no extra linen in the room to utilize the pull out bed. ...

«Room was musty smelling and the ceiling was cracked and peeling from water damage, even the lamp shades had water stains on them. Linens smelled musty and some had stains. The front of building appears deserted and hotel is around back with poor signage and outer look shows a lot of neglect.»

«We stayed in the Nantucket, and it was everything we hoped for and more. A cozy, spotless, stylish little cottage all to ourselves, sitting steps away from the water. «I have never given a poor review before. I could not get a hold of the front desk for three days before stay. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and the front desk staff was not there. The room smelled damp. The carpet was coming up. The only good thing was the price.»
