«The best part was the one morning the breakfast staff attendant was superb he kept things cleaned and stocked. Next day not even creamer available for coffee
Did not have hot water for shower or sink.
Needed to wait to next day to see if could be fixed or move rooms which is an inconvenience with grandkid.
Renovations ongoing is fine but the parking lot and deliveries are in the way of guests.
Highly disappointed in the stay.»

«The place needs to be torn down. There were stains on the bed, mold in the shower, some kind of spatter on the walls, the hallways smelled like a combination of urine and trash, we were unable to get out money back since "we had paid in full", therefore, we were penalized for paying in advance. Go figure. We were moved to another room which was slightly better but still not good. The beds had minimal blankets and pillows were awful. There was only 1 lamp in the room. The outside light outside ...

«It was a place to stay for two nights, and it was quiet. I stayed on the 2nd (top) floor. It is a basic motel, with parking immediately in front of the rooms. No amenities, and nothing nearby (walking distance) for dinner/snacks/drinks.»

«The pluses: TV, ac, big room, comfy beds, nice linens, nice housekeeper offered helpful directions and showed compassion), yesterday's clerk Trynaddy
The negatives: foul smell of smoke, torn up old carpet, a weird hot tub in the room (mixed feelings about this because i have back problems), no coffee today (blamed on truck not coming, forcing me to walk across the street where Motel 6 clerk Mark graciously offered theirs!!)
There is more to say but I will talk to Expedia. The good is very good ...
