Amazing House

Perfect place for a company retreat! They didn’t miss one detail! It was difficult for catering companies to find, but with a little navigation assistance it was fine! Definitely hope to use this house again.

The property was good. We picked this property because it was on the ocean had a pool and was big enough to fit our family. The pool was to cold to swim in.

The building is just what the photos show - very nice. Not having spare towels for the beach seems like a shortcoming, but a small one. The hot tub was awesome but then there was a gas leak so they shut off the heat. You might check on this before renting. Overall it was the best set of features for what we wanted so we'd definitely consider coming again if your grouip was the right size.

Staff Retreat

The property is beautiful with plenty of room. We have a staff of 35 ppl and every couple was able to have their own room and bathroom. There were multiple places to connect and meet as a group and also areas for just a few to separate and meet. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room for everyone to pitch in and help with meals. This was a great place our staff and everyone felt spoiled. We look forward to this being our yearly Winter retreat home.

Family Reunion

This property is ideal for large group gatherings. Plenty of room. Nice outside pool and spa. Only drawback would be the lack of ice makers in the refrigerator. When you have a house designed specifically for large groups it seems odd that there is no ice maker at all.

Winter escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice home with great ocean view. Each child had their own room. It was very convenient to have a separate theater and game room. The children could spend time playing and watching without interfering with each other. The kitchen was sunny and had many great appliances. The beds were very comfortable. We look forward to coming again and recommend staying at Together Resorts to all.

Nice new property

Well, the property is new and nice. It is missing a few key things that could make it excellent. The amount of silverware for the number of occupants in the house doesn’t match. Also it’s a good idea certify the things in the listing like the second coffee pot and clarify it had one pod style pot. The simple things can lead to loss time of enjoyment. I want to make sure one thing is heard by all the people viewing my comment the house is fantastic location, and accommodations. These things will hopefully improved from the property owner and management. They responded extraordinarily quick to Kohl’s in information just some simple items that would give it that fifth star.

Extremely Disappointed But No one There Seems To Care

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am frustrated, aggravated and disgusted by the stalling, avoidance, and excuses as they did NOTHING to resolve a ‘very’ disappointing serious property enjoyment misrepresentation. We paid a small fortune for a BEACH FRONT/PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS house needed for easy beach access for a CANCER patient and several children under 5 yrs. Upon arrival we were told we had to utilize "PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS" which is 100 yards away from the house needing to walk through or around a dirty, noisy construction site. I told them I needed an immediate resolution.That request met with stalling, excuses, and NO RESOLUTION or apologies.This is 1209 S. Ocean Blvd. North Myrtle Beach.Many other less intense issues existed with the property as well.Our CANCER patient was never able to access the beach.

Great property, perfect for our group

We recently got a large group of friends together to all stay at this property. It was beautiful, clean, and definitely big enough for our group of 31 people. The view was beautiful. The layout of the rooms was perfect, and we loved that there was a bathroom in each room. The entrance to the beach is super close- it is only one house over. It is about a 30 second walk, and it’s very easy. Pool was perfect when heated. The property management company can be a little difficult to get in touch with. We called them on Friday afternoon and Sunday mid-day, and they didn’t answer the phone either time. They called us back a few minutes later (Friday) and a few hours later (Sunday). We thought that was strange for a vacation rental company who does most of their business on a weekend. Our biggest problem with the property: there were fewer than 30 forks and way fewer than 30 knives that we could find. That is not enough for the all of the seats at the tables. They should consider adding more. As others have mentioned- no ice maker. Walmart for bags of frozen ice is just a few minutes down the road and there is sufficient freezer space for the ice. Overall, this was a great stay and we would strongly consider staying again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We will not come back. The house was big enough for our 22 grandchildren and 13 adults but there were problems. First was there were no lights or fan in our daughter’s bathroom, when my son in law mentioned it to our contact person when she was there, he was told that she knew about it and to put a lamp in the bathroom. In my opinion that is unacceptable! Then there were the ants crawled all over the sofa and our bed and in some of the bathrooms and kitchen. The lack of beach access from the property was a hindrance for our young children. The pool was cloudy all week, when I mentioned it to the pool attendant, he said it needed a clean filter but he didn’t replace it. There is mo ice maker so choose between food in the freezer or bags of ice.We have rented many beach houses for our large family and never come across one where they didn’t care about lights in. Bathroom, the pool or it didn’t have an ice maker. For the price of this house, you would expect better.

Fabulous house and property managers!! Can’t say enough about how perfect our 5 day family reunion was for 29 adults and 4 children! House immaculate, excellent beds and well-stocked kitchen with more than you would need for 40 people! 3 dishwashers, 4 refrigerators, 3 washing machines and dryers, large hot tub and pool- we sent lots of stuff to property manager’s office in advance and they brought it all to the house- beach towels, totes, etc. Hope to do this again in 2 years! Cinema room was perfect for genealogy slide show and custom trivia games! A memorable family experience for our 85th birthdays!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall nice house, clean. Size and layout were perfect. Could use taller chairs on mid level deck so when you are sitting to enjoy the ocean view you can actually see it . Some problems:Description says “direct beach access” when there is NOT technically direct beach access. You must walk two houses over to gain access to a shared path. They provide a gas grill, but not the propane.... Really annoying ( we had to go buy that)There was not nearly enough utensils for this size house . There was no ice maker ( we had to spend lots of extra money on ice .... The house had 3 stupid small ice trays...for a house that fits 40+ people🙄) Also one of the two oven ranges didn’t work, despite me letting them know the beginning of the stay they never responded or came to fix it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the property was in good shape. We had several electrical issues (lights/outlets not working in several rooms) but an electrician was sent and resolved some of the issues. The property would be much better with direct beach access. Everything was clean with the exception of the floors which turned your feet black within a couple minutes of walking around. I know sand is an issue but we have stayed at many beachfront houses and the dirty floors were not an issue in the other rentals. While other guests mentioned the lack of any ice maker(s) in the house, we missed that info. I would recommend removing one of the 3 dishwashers and adding an ice maker. The Together staff was very responsive and helpful throughout the process of booking, arriving and during our stay. Overall, we were satisfied with the property. Not "wowwed" but satisfied. The section of town was convenient to area attractions but seems to be going through some major turnover. There were many distressed properties along Ocean Blvd. and the surrounding side streets.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WAS BY FAR THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AND I RENT ALOT! THEY LAST MINUTE TELL ME THAT I NEED TO PAY 600$ FOR THE HOT TUB TO BE HOT. WHO PROVIDES A HOT TUB AND TRICKS U INTO PAYING MORE TO MAKE THE HOT TUB HOT. SO ADVERTISE IT AS A COLD TUB BUT NO THEY LIED. AND THE PICTURES WITH THE ACCESS TO THE OCEAN FROM THE HOUSE LOOKS LIKE THE WALKWAY IS THE HOUSES WALKWAY BUTY NOPE IF YOU WANT TO GET TO THE BEACH YOU NEED TO GO TO A DIFFERENT PROPERTY AND USE THAT ONE(SUPER ANNOYING) ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR PAYING THAT MUCH MONEY A NIGHT! AND ADDITIONAL TO ALL OF THAT THEY CHARGED ME AN $1100 CLEANING FEE. BUT DDNT REFUND MY SECURITY DEPOOSIT BECAUSE THEY SAID WE LEFT THE HOUSE DIRTY. THEY SENT ME PICTURES OF WATERBOTTLES LAYING ARND AND BEDS NOT MADE AND THE FLOOR WITH A SPILL ON IT. LIKE YOU HAVE GOTTA B KIDDING ME.WORST MANAGEMENT AND COMPANY EVER! STAY AWAY

The children could spend time playing and watching without interfering with each other. The kitchen was sunny and had many great appliances. The beds were very comfortable. We look forward to coming again and recommend staying at Together Resorts to all.

Awesome Home for Family or Friends Get Together

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was a week long family reunion with 42 people in the house. Each individual family was able to have their own space and their own bathroom. The home had fantastic space for all of us to sit and eat together. The kitchen is well equipped. The one issue in the kitchen is no ice maker, so you do need to buy ice for any needs. The rooms are adequate sized. The pool and hot tube are fantastic and has plenty of seating near the pool, either in the sun or shade. The parking is good, but if you have one car per room, you will have to use the overflow parking for Together Resorts. We did have a couple of issues, but only had to contact our contact person and we had resolution very quickly! This made the stay a relaxing time. I highly recommend both this home and Together Resorts! Thank you for many memories created and lived.
