Hoteller nær Myra Road Provincial Park

«We found Nalu Retreat to be a true gem! The Dome was just like it appears in the photos. Everything was clean, clean, clean and tastefully done. As a former boutique hotel manager & chef I was impressed with the attention to detail. Comfortable leather sofa, extra throws, nature sounds, plenty of plugs, kitchen supplies, Robes, Turkish towels, goodies in the kitchenette, too many to mention. We were enthralled with the setting and enjoyed our time in the hot tub and the privacy surrounding us. ...

«Truly exceptional accommodations in a serene environment. I can’t wait to stay here again!»

«This is a quick turnaround facility. Most people are either going or coming from the airport and staying one night. It was clear the housekeeping staff was expected to turn rooms around quickly - and we’re not given sufficient time for a thorough cleaning The room was comfortable but the standard of cleaning left a lot to be desired. Discovered a dirty diaper in the recycling bin from the previous occupant. Mold in the shower. And dust in the corners of the floors. Breakfast was basic. »

«We had a great experience at the Burgundy Dream B&B. Kaz and Sam were lovely and their breakfast was amazing. Their home was also very well kept and clean. We had the upper room with the bunk beds and it was very cute. We totally recommend it! Thank you Sam and Kaz for this beautiful experience!!»

«Do not stay if you want to sleep at this place. the wall is extremely thin, you can hear cars from parking lot, people talking in front of the hotel at midnight (loud and clear from 4th floor), people walking in the hallway, footsteps from upper room, even water flushes. Elevator is slow. Not worth the price we pay here at all.»

«It was clean. Affordable compared to other places.»

«Clean room, helpful staff»

«Very practical location for early flights, the hotel is great and looks amazing.»

«Room was very clean. Staff were very helpful and courteous especially Stan who checked us in upon our arrival at the front desk. We both enjoyed our prepaid breakfast. Parking a ok . We stayed before and will again. One recommendation, replacement of toilets would be appreciated since they are so low.»

«Staff»

«Even though this stay was our last night as it was close to the Halifax airport, it was one of our favourite stays. The room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom has good amenities and the staff at the front desk were friendly. The only thing I would change to make it a perfect stay is if they updated their TV's to smart TV's. They were cable only and it would have been great if we had access to Netflix.»

«We spent one night at this lovely b&b and they upgraded us to the Thomas Suite for no charge. Lovely little place with an amazing view and balcony, and easy to get to downtown Halifax! Definitely recommend»

«Happy staying at this hotel. Staff are helpful and pleasant to speak or deal with. If I happen to go back to Dartmouth or nearby, I would stay at this hotel again.»

«Needs to be updated, Breakfast was fair.»

«This is not a 5 star hotel; it's old and dated. However, I had a 5-star 2-night stay there. Very quiet; comfortable bed; coffee maker (didn't need microwave or fridge); oodles of desk and table space; clik flooring (ie not carpet). Absolutely adequate for a good night's sleep. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.»
