Villa Aqua, New Luxury Villa with Seaview & Private Pool

Villa Aqua is one of the two villas of the Aquamarine Villas property and is located at the lower level of the property.
The Aquamarine Villas are located at the north coast of Crete, at one of the most beautiful holiday areas of the island, the small village of Bali.
Built in 2020, on the slope of a hill, just 600m from the beach Livadi, the Aquamarine Villas offers a magnificent panoramic view of the bay of Bali.

Villa Aqua (with 100sq.m. indoor area) offers a living room with HDTV with Netflix, DVD player, WiFi access, fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 guests, 3 bedrooms (each with private bathroom).
The outdoor area of each villa, surrounded by lawn and plants, offers a shaded terrace with outdoor furniture, fully equipped charcoal BBQ facilities, 6-seats jacuzzi and a 40m2 private pool (1,20-1,30m deep) with sunbeds and umbrellas and panoramic view of the sea and the village.

The location and the facilities offered make the Aquamarine Villas the ideal place for carefree and relaxing summer holidays

Dimitris is a perfect host, arranged transfers to and from airport and responds to all requests immediately. The villa, pool and hot tub could not be faulted in any way, slippers and robes a nice touch Will definitely be returning. Thanks Dimitris!

Fantastic

We were staying for 14 days with 4 adults and 2 kids. It was the perfect location for us with the privacy we needed, but also not far away from Bari's top beaches for relaxing and wonderful snorkeling. We enjoyed mostly the outside area with the pool, the BBQ, the terrace, .... It was just perfect. Also the owner/manager was very helpful and easy to reach. One could think though about some additional sun shade for the morning hours on the terrace. However; will be difficult for us to keep up with this place on our future journeys. Thank you.

Outstanding 5* Villa

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying in this villa. It deserves all the glowing reviews that it has had in the past. Dimitris is an outstanding host, who communicates very quickly and is very helpful. He helped us organise taxi transfers, was here to greet us, had lots of suggestions for food and places to explore. He even got lunch for us, telling me not to eat the airport food! The villa is beautiful. We loved swimming in the pool every day and then sitting in the hot tub, with the views of the sea on one side and the hills on the other. It was idyllic! The rooms and bathrooms are very elegant, and the little touches like robes and slippers are very welcoming. The service is excellent. Dimitris checked the pool and the cleaner came once mid-week to change towels and sheets. I highly recommend this villa. You will not be disappointed. In terms of location, we did not walk into Bali, but you could. There are many restaurants in Bali. There isn’t a big supermarket here, but there are several small ones that sell anything you need. Whilst here, we visited Livadi Beach, Knossos Palace back in Herklion, Rethimno, Lake Kournas, Aptithano (a honey museum and shop), Reptisland, where they let us handle lots of snakes, Melidoni Cave. I hope this helps!

Lovely stay

Great stay in this lovely clean villa. The host was very friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. The walk into the resort is 10, 20 or 30 mins depending on which beach/restaurant you want to go to. It is quite steep and hilly in places. We stayed for 10 days and the linen and towels was changed twice and Villa cleaned which was nice. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing experience in a super villa !

Great place

Everything was excellent. The villa new and very clean. There was everything you need. There was a great welcome basket with fruits, cheeses, wine and juice. The owner was very friendly and helpful, giving us interesting information about our stay and proposed us great excursions around the island.

Magnifique villa idéalement située pour découvrir la Crête.

Merci à Dimitris pour son accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant. Il est un hôte disponible et attentionné au bien-être des personnes qu'il reçoit dans sa très belle villa, qui vous offre une splendide vue sur la baie de Bali, ainsi que les montagnes environnantes. La villa est très fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût et sobriété. Si vous n'avez pas de voiture, les commerces, bars et restaurants de Bali, sont à dix minutes à pied et 15 pour le port. Je terminerais en remerciant Dimitris pour les cadeaux de bienvenue et de départ, offert avec une vraie envie de faire plaisir, ce qui renforce le bien être et la zenitude que vous ressentirez dans cette villa. Aqua Marine villa

Spent a week at the Aqua villa and it was perfect! The pool and outdoor space was amazing, as was the view of the sea and mountains around us. Dimitris had great communication with me from a few days before we arrived and then throughout. The villa itself was lovely, spacious rooms and great amenities including welcome basket, robes and slippers. The villa is only a 10 minute walk from the village of Bali where there a number of supermarkets, gift shops and the beach. Dimitris was always available if we needed anything and replied quickly to any texts. He popped in the day before we left with some going home gifts. All in all a brilliant week ☺️

Super villa with amazing view

Our three couples of long-standing, mostly retired friends had a great holiday at this lovely modern villa with its pool and splendid view. It was well situated for us within walking distance to the village with its tavernas, small shops and beaches. Dimitris the owner looked after us very well, and our welcome pack, complimentary toiletries and leaving gift were much appreciated. Dimitris even provided a birthday cake for one of our party which was very thoughtful. Whenever we had any questions he always responded promptly which was great. The daily fresh fruit from the garden was out of this world. We would happily return to this villa and would also recommend it to our friends. We have stayed in several villas over the years and this has been one of the best.

The perfect stay!

Dimitris was a wonderful host! He welcomed us in person on arrival and shared some useful tips. He checked in on us regularly and arranged for regular cleaning and change of linen and towels throughout the stay. The villa itself is amazing, very modern and well equipped. The views are amazing of both the sea and the mountains. The pool area is very spacious and super clean. There are plenty of loungers, parasols and the views are great from it! There is also outdoor alfresco dining space which is well lit at night too. The indoor space is modern and tastefully decorated with a well equipped kitchen area and ensuite facilities in all three rooms. The upstairs area boasts a great terrace and outdoor area with amazing views out onto the sea. The location is also great even if you don’t have a car as Bali beaches, restaurants and stores are all within a less than 10 minute from the villa and there are bus stops close by if you’re planning on venturing out further. Overall, we had a great stay here and would highly recommend this lovely holiday home!
