This fully-equipped villa in Crete offers an ideal setting for a relaxing yet adventurous getaway with loved ones. Mia Casa Villa boasts a tastefully decorated living room and a kitchen situated by the pool, complete with a chic dining area featuring ample seating and refined décor. The living room is furnished with cozy seating, a 50` HDTV/Smart TV, and air conditioning, while the kitchen is fully equipped with amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, toaster, microwave, blender, filter coffee machine, and Nespresso machine. Also, guests can access an ironing board, washing machine, and dryer.

Accommodations at Mia Casa comprise four bedrooms: two double bedrooms on the ground level and two more on the first floor. One of the first-floor bedrooms features a double bed and a single bed, while the other offers a double bed and a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children. Each bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, balcony, safe, and satellite TV. Additionally, there is a guest WC on the ground floor.

Mia Casa boasts a delightful outdoor area where guests can unwind, including a spacious swimming pool and a children’s pool, an outdoor shower, a BBQ, a comfortable dining area, and poolside seating. There is also a PING-PONG table for you to enjoy.

Villa Mia Casa is in Plevriana, a village located in the resort region of Rethymno in Crete, Greece. Beaches, restaurants, and shops are all within easy reach of the holiday accommodation.
Local beaches include Panormos, Geropotamos, and Spilies, only a 20-minute drive from the villa. Rethymno beach is just 30 minutes away.
Plevriana Village is about 7,7 km from the Museum of Ancient Eleftherna and 28 km from the Archaeological museum of Rethymno. The city of Rethymno itself is home to various trendy restaurants, shops, and sightseeing attractions, including the Venetian Harbor in the old town, the 1830s Rethymno Lighthouse, the 16th-century Fortezza citadel, and the Rethymno Historical and Folklore Museum.
The nearest airport is Heraklion State Airport, about 72 km away and the General Hospital of Rethymno is 28 km from Plevriana village.

A car is necessary for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property.

Sustainability

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: Cleaning service every day.
Linnen change is done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. If there is a Hot Tub/bathtub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

8. Fireplace: The fireplace is working with wood which will be provided.

9. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa

10. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants.
Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.

11. The lead guest (the oldest member of the group) must be at least 21 years old.

12. Please respect the quiet hours from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
