«100/10 for Proverb Hotel. I was hesitant to book since I saw this was a brand new hotel but so glad I chose this stay. The service and the staff were excellent. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was so good, so many options! There’s also a great rooftop bar and pool. Would definitely stay again!»

«Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave good advice and made sure you got the best deals nearby and for tours. Breakfast was great start to each day. Rooms are very clean and well kept. If I visit Hanoi again I will for sure stay here again as location was easy to get everywhere.»

«We were told at checkin that they had an electrical problem in our room and they had booked us a room at a nearby hotel. They arranged transport for us and our luggage both ways free of charge. It was not bad, but it didn't have the same standard as Splendid hotel. The following day we came back to an upgraded room at Splendid and we were both pleased with our stay here. All in all I think they handled the situation well and we would book Splendid again.»

«The hotel is located right in the middel of the old quarter, and all the sights are within walking distance. Rooms are new and very nice. The old quarter is such an interesting place, and we would definitely recommend people to stay here. The staff were welcoming and helpful, they arranged pick-up from the airport, and found us a driver who drove us to Halong Bay, as well as picking us up at the harbour two days later, for then to take us back to the airport in Hanoi.»
