«Stayed the weekend with my family. Couldn’t use the pool or hottub due to over crowding of intoxicated individuals. It was loud with intoxicated individuals partying all night, I had to call the front desk twice and eventually the police due to be threatened by another (intoxicated) guest. I had to have our room serviced twice due to the bedding smelling like urine (even after they changed it once) breakfast was less than desirable, breakfast area not stocked or cleaned from previous days use. I ...

«Cleaning staff were good. Manager and Supervisor were very poor at communicating efficiently and effectively with customers staying there. Often just blatantly LYING! about Internet/WiFi being fixed. Internet/coverage was bad to non- existent in a large area of the building. It took 16 DAYS! To get it working! The picture on this survey is NOT A TRUE REPRESENTATION OF THE ROOMS!! Travelers BEWARE OF STAYING AT THIS PLACE! »

«i would not rate this place 1/2 a star the pictures they are showing is not even close to what the place looks i do not recommend staying there when open the door you right then it was bad the chair and couch had stains on them the bed room looked like would even think about sleeping there there was the smell of clorox bleach when opened up the door just a nasty place »

«One of our rooms door code wasn’t working when we arrived and didn’t get in until 45 min later. We were t allowed later checkout to make up for it. Pool is dirty and WARM. Very disconcerting. Loud neighbors overhead. Parking spaces were taken up my other cars when we were supposed to have 2 per room. 3/5 stars, will probably look elsewhere next time.»

«The hotel is a 2.5 star, and the facilities are on that level. Given that, I had no complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was cuter and more fun than in some four star hotels I've stayed in with its nice patio and grill.»

«This Holiday in was so close to the beach walking distance from restaurants and golf cart rental! The breakfast was amazing, they have a coffee machine out all day. And the pool area is very nice, has plenty of seating. »
