«The rooms were spacious and very clean. Extra things we didnt think we'd need -like microwave, hair dryer, and a towel rack- were accompanying inside the room. The AC units inside worked very well and did not give out at all (a little too well, but we found what worked for our stay). The fact that the hotel was right next to the beach really helped and was a nice surprise and the other hotel residents were very nice. «The room was a little dank smelling and the windows don’t open. But to be expected on the coast. All in all it was last minute and it worked for us. Hot tub and pool was nice. Good location but no views or anything. Bed was surprisingly comfy, nice pillows!»

«I rented a cottage which I would describe at best as rustic. The cottage was not dirty but was not completely clean either. I saw at least one dead roach by the side of the bed. The coffee maker did not work properly, and the carafe was stained with water deposits which made it look dirty. The coffee pods provided was skimpy and barely produced a cup of coffee. Needless to say, the few amenities (dishes, utensils, plates, etc.) are way below standard. The guests are required to empty the trash ...

The young lady she was training however was very pleasant. I actually felt bad that she had to deal with her for the entire day.
