This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. She charged us $46 with text for two because she said it was early check in. It was 15 minutes before 3pm. «The place was filthy and under construction. The room had trash in it and the beds were very damp. Someone pee in the shower before we got there and it was never cleaned and stunk. The tv remote was not programmed with our tv so we couldn’t watch it. All around horrible experience.»

«Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was confused by the room thermostat and the window A/C as to what controlled what, my sister had an adjoining room and her AC worked well because she only had the thermostat on the wall. Other than that the area was great, plenty of food options and easily accessible to the highway. Would def stay here again»

«The best thing about our small cramped room was the Roku TV. We had an accident and spilled a cup of coffee. I contacted the Bluff's Landing text number to advise we had spilled a cup of coffee. I told them we would need a couple of more bath towels because there were no paper towels to clean up the coffee. We never received any assistance from the property management. After we got home, the property management sent me a bill for $40 for the coffee stained towels. I paid the bill, but we will ...

«I booked this hotel by accident! It’s not in South Padre! That’s just the name of the street! South Padre is 2:55 hrs away. For the location it’s clean and convenient to the highway. I didn’t know they accept pets so it was very noisy with the barking and children while I was there. I do not like waking up to barking and loud kids! «The only thing that I can say was ok was the breakfast. I specifically searched for a hotel with pool and hot tub. I attempted calling before I booked to confirm that they were actually working but no one ever answered. The pool and hot tub are down because the water had to be tested and apparently it’s been down for at least a month maybe more.
