«Pool Water Needs addressed. Only thing we had issues with. PH and Salt/Chemical Content was Way too High. Burning Eyes, and Our Kids Had Rashes all over Neck and back and legs. Their Suits were Bleached from Pool Water. We were told, No Maintenance Personnel was Available on the Weekend. The Pool is the Highlight for the kids, So their Opinions and Comfort is Most Important. Thanks. »

«The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. «We were in a room right by exterior door on 1st floor. Door slammed all night anytime someone used it. The wall were very thin so the peiple next to us kept us up all night with their tv. And even worse was anytime the toilet flushed upstairs from us, you could hear the fluid draining through the wall. Over all it was ahorrible experience even though theplace was very clean.»

«I was in town for a concert and chose this property across the river from the downtown core - a short walk away - as the parking was free. A free shuttle to the venue (and pick up afterwards) was a bonus as the weather was dubious. I prepaid for the breakfast buffet which was standard fare but hot and convenient. Our server was lovely. The room was clean and the decor updated. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation! »

The pool was very cold, the hot tub was only half filled with water and the shower kept going from warm to cool. But the worst issue was that the walls and floors were paper thin. «Didn’t even leave car. Was stared down by other guests who opened their doors to watch us as soon as we pulled in. Did not feel safe at all. Left without even going inside. Not worth the $75 to get s** trafficked.»

«Everything about what you pay for, However they completely ignore your Do not Disturb sign on your door. I was woken up to banging at 7am for them to grab my trash, and once at 11 for them to do a full cleaning on the room. Both times I had my sign up. The lady at the counter mentioned no manditory cleanings either. Just an inconvenience, really.»
