«Cooking amenities lacking. Only 2 frying pans and 1 very small pot. One pan you could not use . It was so scratched that it was unsafe to cook in. Teatowel had holes in it. Fridge had last guests food still in it. Had to buy pegs to hang laundry. Washing machine on button was broken, thankfully they had another machine next to it. Rubbish bins were full. We were staying 5 nights with a family of 3 adults children so had to put rubbish in recycling bins. Lawns were very overgrown. Covers on ...

«Good hotel in downtown Auckland. Room was nice, so were the people. Wry small lobby space and we weren’t allowed into the bar because of a private event. We went down to the Marriot one block away… much nicer and bigger lobby space»

«The balcony is really nice.
The toilet door doesn’t shut.
Make my room light go off as I pull the card out, so room cleaning was not done.
Despite telling the staff and at the reception verbally, the making the room was not done for 2 days during my stay.»
