Villaer i Murrieta

«Great pool, pretty property»

«Villa La Serena was absolutely stunning and we had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. The host thought of everything and we had all the amenities we needed and more. The pool was the highlight of our trip. It was so nice that we ended up spending most of our time there instead of venturing out. We are already looking forward to coming back to Villa La Serena and recommend it to anyone in looking for a relaxing getaway.»

«Nice location up in the hills of Temecula. A short drive from most things, with a lovely view looking over everything. The house is definitely a short term rental in its setup, well enough stocked that we got by, but if you’re planning to stay for more than a weekend consider confirming it has everything you’ll need.»

«Communication with the host was great, very responsive host. The home itself is very large and located in a beautiful area. This home does need a bit more TLC, specially given the price this rents for. Particularly in the backyard this needed a bit more maintenance. The chairs/sitting areas in the backyard were very dirty, I had to hose them down before anyone could use them. There was also a huge pile of cat p*op in the middle of the backyard which my husband had to clean up. Overgrown weeds ...

«Beautiful home. Very easy to communicate with the host. We enjoyed our stay there.»

«The accommodation experience was excellent!»

«We really enjoyed staying at the property.»

«We loved the location but there were 2 issues. One, note there is a unit above this one and you hear every step and luggage wheel on your head. We’d rent the unit above next time. Two, this unit has 2 ceiling fans and we called on them the first day as 1 didn’t work in the bedroom and the other in the living room had a loud sound on every rotation. It took almost 24 hours after contacting the management company to have them looked at for anyone to show up. I even texted to see if someone was ...

«We have stayed in this unit 4 times since 2019 (under a different owner). We love the location, ease of parking, views (some of the best in Laguna). The new management company has not updated any of the emergency numbers in the unit (suggest they do that soon) The day we were to check in we received notification that there was no gas in the unit. We decided to stay without the gas (so many restaurants near by there), the management company made arrangements for us to shower across the ...

«Even the pictures do not do this property justice. The cleanliness. The interior design. The ocean view is breathtaking. When I showed up the manager of the property upgraded me for free to the 2 bedroom unit. I could not recommend this enough. »

«We had a great stay»

«The location is the biggest advantage of this property. It’s within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping, making it very convenient. That said, it’s important to know that you’re not renting an entire house. The building has been divided into eight separate units that share a common outdoor area, which is featured in many of the listing photos. Unfortunately, that wasn’t obvious to us when we booked. Our unit overlooked the common area, so there was a fair amount of noise ...
