«Clean and comfortable. Had everything except a dishwasher, but for the price it was really good. Lots of little extras. I especially like that there was good lighting for working, and two clothes airers for winter clothes drying. Nice grounds. There were a few minor things that need repair, but did not worry me. Only thing, which I am sure was just a housekeeping oversight, was there was only one toilet roll for my 5 night stay. »

«This is a very well designed townhouse, with spacious bedrooms, ample storage, well appointed, attractive and functional throughout. The location is excellent, with walking access to the lake, foreshore, bbqs, playground, waterpark, cycleways etc. Walk to the impressive SAM arts complex with cafe. Views to the lake and evening coloured lighting were lovely. There is some noise from the road at the front of this particular Unit, but it quietened in the evening and did not interrupt sleep. «They are to be commended for their express check in and check out. I’ve never seen such efficiency! Great place to stay, very spacious. Was a bit noisy at night with the hooligans so I’m glad I parked inside the car park. »
