«Great place and sweet setup. Easy walk down to the water although it was very high. We brought our own smoker and pizza oven and just lounged around the house and played cornhole and pool. The cat from other reviews I read showed up and hung out all weekend as well. Utilized the hot tub which was clean and easy to operate. Only knock on it is the kitchen sink easily clogs but will drain if you run the dishwasher.»

«The property was great. It was clean and lived in, so you felt at home. They had everything we needed, plenty of towels, equipment to cook with, even a s'mores bar. There had been storms prior to our stay so the fire pit was wet, but we made s'mores inside. The whole family had a good time.»

«The place was very nice. Rain caused some glitches in our plans. Only things that we would have liked to have in the rental that it didn't were a bathroom exhast fan & maybe some seasonings and oil in the kitchen.»

«We had 6 adults and two babies. The house is very spacious and we had ample room to hang out and not feel crowded. The large dock was perfect for our boat and paddle boards. The setting was very peaceful and conveniently located across the cove from a boat ramp. We had two trucks (one with a trailer) and two mini vans. Though driveway is a bit tight, there was room to park by the house and at top of driveway.»

«We spent a family fishing get away here. It's halfway between those of us gathering, and it easily accommodated us. Sadly one member couldn't come last minute, but the weather cooperated all but one day. Fishing was good, and the family enjoyed. The only negative isn't due to the home but was due to timing. The neighbor home was renovating with a new garage, adding a sunroom, and re-roofing the entire house right next to us. We had to listen to pounding from sunup to dark daily. The neighbor on ...

«Loved this property! Super easy to find, great location, clean, very spacious, all the comforts of home. My work team opted to stay together while in town for an outing at KY Lake rather than all rent hotels rooms. Best decision. This was the perfect place that allowed everyone to have their own space. The kitchen/living area is huge. There were only 4 of us so it was very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again! I slept in the back bedroom.
