"Great location in Platja de Mura, just a block from several great restaurants and small shops, and only two blocks away from a lovely, sandy beach. Our two one-bedroom-apartments (1203 & 1204) were in building one (of two), and they were well equipped and comfortable for a weeks stay. The beds were just as firm as I like them, the cleaners respected the do-not-disturb-sign, the water pressure was almost like home, and there was plenty of hot water as well. We would have wished that the pools (we tried both the main pool by building one and the smaller pool by building two) were heated a bit more (travelling in October), but 21⁰C is standard water temperature, I guess. The reception staff was more than happy to order us a taxi to the airport when we asked the day before departure, and it turned out to be cheaper than the taxi we took from the airport (not prebooked). All in all a great stay, and we would be more than happy to come back to Aparthotel HSM Lago Park another time."

"Flott beliggenhet, men dessverre er det meste slitent og har sett bedre tider. Rommet lite, men ganske bra. Service er svak, buffet er meget slitt og preges av ødelagt servise etc. Bildene tilsvarer ikke dagens slitte standard."

"Fint hotel med super beliggenhet på Muro stranden ved Alcudia. Vi var to mødre med tenåringsgutter i familie rom med sjøutsikt. Rommet kunne vært større. Men, godt med skapplass, bra bad med rainshower og stor balkong er pluss! Veldig rent og pent. Bra vask av rommet hver dag. Effektive heiser. Lydløs aircon 👍 Bra buffet med god mat, veldig rent og ordentlig tross mye mennesker. Utrolig hyggelige ansatte i alle deler av hotellet. Vi storkoste oss. "

"We had a very good stay at this hotel, particularly as a family with children. There are nice kids’ pools and a sandy beach, making it ideal for little ones. One downside was the noise level—our room faced a nearby hotel that hosted loud evening entertainment. The soundproofing could definitely be improved. Breakfast offered a good variety of food, though the egg station often had a bit of a queue. Service in the restaurant was excellent, with staff constantly helping and cleaning non-stop. Room cleaning was also fast and done to a high standard. The hotel’s location is fantastic—very close to the sea. As is often the case, there was some competition for sunbeds near the pool (especially for larger families), but it wasn’t too much of a hassle. Overall, a great experience and a place we’d happily return to."
