«Having recently got a second dog we wanted to trial a dog friendly hotel and see how well they behaved and how well we coped. We were pleasantly surprised at how well behaved both dogs were. We were very happy with the hotel staff who were all friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach access. «Staff were superb and food was as excellent as always. Bar furniture looks a little dated and could use a deep clean in places, but very comfortable. Bed was superb and the room excellent. The underfloor heating takes ages to warm the room and as it was very cold, it would have been nicer if it had been turned up a while before arrival. Minor points though. Overall extremely good and we will certainly be back.»

«I was put in a room with 3 single beds. I tried all 3 and they were all extremely uncomfortable. The room is very run down and dirty. The bathroom was cold as the heating didn't work and the shower does not have enough power to have a decent shower. All in all it was an awful experience»

«Fisherman’s cottage is the most beautiful cottage we have stayed in. Mundesley is a lovely, peaceful village, with a stunning beach. The owners contacted me prior to our stay, with lots of information. We had trouble with the lights (a fuse had gone) and I spoke with the owners and within 10 minutes someone was round to fix the problem. The cottage was spotlessly clean and furnished beautifully. «A few days by the sea was just what we needed and this place was perfect. Loved the amazing view and being so close to a beautiful beach. Just missed a couple basics in the kitchen eg a measuring jug and wooden spoon.»
