"Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold! God mat, hyggelige ansatte og fint område. Det eneste som trekker ned er Cerulean-restauranten. Fine dining restaurant med egen dresscode. Servitørene kladder på glassene, fikk også et vinglass med tydelige leppemerker… vi måtte også vente i over 30 minutter før vi fikk bestilt mat. Servitørene på denne restauranten fulgte mye dårlige opp bordet enn servitører på de andre restaurantene. Når hotellet selv kaller dette fine dining har man høye forventninger.Men når det er sagt, maten var veldig god."

"A nice hotel with great facilities. However, it is quite isolated, which makes you feel a bit “stuck” at the resort. The hotel was helpful in arranging a rental car for us, which allowed us to explore other parts of the island on our own. We were also unexpectedly charged $420 without any explanation as to what the charge was for. It turned out to be a “mistake” made by the hotel, and I was told that the money would be refunded within 2–5 business days…"

"We had a great stay at Sugar Bay. We stayed for 7 nights. The staff is super friendly and do their outmost for you to enjoy your vacation. It is a rather small facility located at the beachfront."
