«This was a really unique property. A fun and different experience. Many of the mattresses/beds could stand to be replaced. They were really uncomfortable. The couch bed in the hobbit room is not much of a bed. When it lays flat, you cannot sleep anywhere in the middle of it. I would not plan it as a bed. The kitchen is huge and worked great for us. Bathroom are very different, but were clean. If you have tall people, watch out for the ceilings in some places. The view is incredible though.»
