"Seeadler" Apartment (no balcony or terrace)

The “Seeadler” apartment is a stylish 5-star residence for up to 4 people that combines historic charm with modern comforts. Located on the first floor (parterre) and last renovated in 2022, this 53 m² apartment welcomes you with a well-thought-out layout: a separate bedroom, a cozy living area, and an open kitchen that makes everyday life on vacation pleasantly uncomplicated. Thanks to vinyl flooring, fly screens, and privacy screens on all windows, the apartment is also ideal for people with allergies and anyone who values relaxing privacy. Children and babies are welcome, and your four-legged friends are also allowed to come along—up to two pets are permitted.

In the living area, a large TV (over 55 inches) with satellite connection ensures relaxing evenings, while high-speed Wi-Fi with at least 100 Mbit/s makes working from home or streaming a breeze. A desk, coat rack, dining table, full-length mirror, and a safe round out the amenities. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and, in addition to a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a 2-burner stove, offers everything you need for cooking: a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, dish towels, and even spices. In the bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower, hot water, a hair dryer, and additional amenities such as a makeup mirror and toiletries (e.g., soap and shampoo). Bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels are provided; you’ll also benefit from an initial supply of linens as well as laundry and housekeeping services. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use, as is an iron. Safety is also taken care of: smoke detectors, fire alarms, and a first-aid kit are provided.

Outside, patio furniture and a windbreak invite you to relax, and a playground provides entertainment for younger guests. Convenient for travel and excursions: A free parking space (1 spot) is included with the apartment, and there is also an e-bike charging station and a charging station for electric cars. Contactless check-in/out makes your arrival especially convenient.

The location is ideal for getting around on foot: shopping is about 200 m away, restaurants about 300 m, and the town center about 400 m. The train station and public transportation are also nearby (about 500 m and 400 m, respectively)—perfect if you want to get around flexibly without a car. The sandy beach and the lake are each about 1,500 m away. Whether it’s biking, hiking, jogging, water sports, sailing, surfing, or swimming—you can dive right into an active vacation here. Culture and leisure aren’t left out either: museums, churches, theaters, and a movie theater are just as much a part of the area as shopping, wellness, and day spas. For nature lovers, birdwatching and whale watching are great options, while fishing, boat rentals, boat tours, and kayaking and canoeing trips promise real highlights on the water. Those who enjoy sports will also find opportunities for mountain biking or tennis; the nearest golf course is about 28 km away.
