Leilighetshoteller i Mugello

«Gorgeous property in best location with terrific communication. The ease of in/out and the baggage lockers, excellent elevator and recently modernized property were all reasons I’ll return. The staff was polite and helpful, from start to end. A 10 out of 10 experience!»

«The host did not send us check-in information before our stay. We struggled to get in contact with them, and when we finally did they seemed unaware of our reservation. When they finally found our reservation the apartment we had booked were occupied and we were heavily downgraded without any apologies. One door to one of th bedroom was broken and the host made no effort to fix it during our stay. We were offered a small compensation for the whole ordeal, but far from making us happy. Maybe we ...

«Not sure if it was just because it was September but there seemed to be a mosquito infestation. I killed at least 3 while I stayed there and still woke up being bit. Also the shower does not stay a stable temperature. If you're in there for long enough it will randomly change temp on you and you have to fiddle with it to get it right again. This will happen multiple times if you take long showers.»

«Placed in a quiet area a bit out of town center, with private parking for your rental (on request), and staff members that take exceptionally good care of you! The apartment was more than big enough for 2 people, with everything you need for a decent cost compared to many other places. The only negative we experienced was the lack of sound proofing between the concrete floors which can be better.»

«Outdated apartment, with a Bates hotel vibe.😉 It was a prison feeling in the apartment because of the bars in the window. If you staying 'get breakfast somewhere else because you can be disappointed. One stay it was more than enough for us.»

«Apartment is new and clean. Very spacious and great layout. Was disappointed that ac was advertised but when trying to use cool mode it switched to heat. Also fire alarm went off bc someone burnt something which is out of the control of management but the response took 2 hours for someone to come and silence the alarm. Also trash was left in elevator so we couldn’t use it to bring our bags up to the 3rd floor. »

«The apartment was very close to the city center and all the stores. Apartment management and staff were very polite; but, there was a terrible plumbing smell and the apartment was not clean.»

«This was a fabulous place for two couples. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was great for all our exploring around Florence. Would stay here again»
