«We had a very warm welcome from the friendly staff and were shown to the room which was clean and bright. The food that evening was excellent, and as it was a warm evening we spent a pleasant time sitting outside with our drinks afterwards. Continental breakfast was served promptly at 8 am and the addition of fresh strawberries and blueberries was a definite plus! Check in / check out was swift and efficient. «Valgt stedet for å være "langt borte" og det var det og stedet leverte. Frokosten var absolutt i topp-klasse for en eks-britt som lever nå i Norge. Stedet var også valgt for utvalg av engesk øl, og stedet leverte der også. Eneste minus var romplassering. Vi fikk et rom som delte vegg med toalettene hvor det høres ut som om håndtørke er montert, dermed var det lyd derfra inntil puben stengt. OK det. Verre var hvor lytt det var mellom rommet vårt og naborommet forårsaket av en tynn dør i mellom ...

«This is a converted coaching inn at the junction of a few roads. Easy parking, good breakfasts and dinners, plenty of character. A bit of a downside if you’re a light sleeper with the traffic and kitchen exhaust system. Otherwise, easy place to stay.»
