«If you`re looking for the perfect English small town experience, this is the hotel for you. The staff was really service minded, and the old restored rooms both clean and nice.
The restaurant was also really nice, with excellent food. We recommend this hotel.»

«The staff were really good with an exceptional personal touch.
They knew me by name, not room number. My husband was unwell on the first night and I had dinner on my own, the next day they put themselves out to ask after my husband and that ment a lot.
Lovely hotel seeped in history and the choice of decore certainly doesn’t let the property down.
The museums were closed due to refurnisment so gives us a very good reason to return.

«Great little find here! Lovely pub with great atmosphere, food fab with onsite restaurant. The room was really well presented and lovely decor. My room was facing south and west on the hottest day of the year, thankfully the staff provided a fan and there was a well stocked fridge in the room too. Breakfast was continental style in the room in a lovely hamper, plus yogurts, milk and orange juice in the fridge. Would go back again when in the area. Thanks team.»

«Nice location, clean room and a wonderful breakfast served by a lovely lady who was very welcoming and created a good experience. The type of property and location was perfect for me as I prefer to stay away from big hotels, and it certainly lived up to my expectation. I stayed on a Monday night and when I returned at 9pm from a local event the bar and restaurant were closed and no staff around. It would be good to know about that in advance, so best to check before arrival if that is important ...

«Lovely large room. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Generously refilled daily. Very friendly and helpful staff, made us feel welcome. Bar and air conditioned restaurant serving good homemade food. Good portion sizes too. Bus stop outside. Only 15 mins into Bridgenorth which is lovely too.»
