"We would like to formally report that my wife’s makeup items went missing after the room was cleaned by housekeeping. We informed the reception immediately and have followed up several times over the past 3–4 days. Unfortunately, although the staff have been polite, no real action has been taken, and the matter does not appear to be treated seriously. These items were inside our room and under the hotel’s responsibility during cleaning. We expect this issue to be properly investigated, including checking housekeeping records and staff involved, and that we receive a clear response and solution as soon as possible."
