«They didn't tell me they had somebody living on site until I was on my way there, between midnight and 2:30 a.m., because I told them I would be late, getting there. There was somebody else there when I got there in the room that I was supposed to be in, plus the person that lives on site. The key was where it was supposed to be, but the outside door was locked, and I rang the doorbell several times, and contacted the host, by calling and sending messages, and I still had to wait about 20 minutes ...

«We had some trouble getting in as the code for the lower door was listed as one thing and then after awhile we were told the correct code. The house is nice and pretty inside. The problem was that we didn’t have hot water the first night and Saturday morning. The repair came in the morning and said that it had been turned off due to cold weather weeks before our visit. The host was kind to work out an agreement with the home owner to make it right. I’m »

«We had a fantastic stay at this updated, clean home in Corolla! The host was incredibly helpful with excellent communication throughout our trip. The house was extremely well-stocked with everything we needed, and the short walk or drive with quick access to the beach made our days effortless. A few minor cosmetic issues were present, but they are easily fixed and didn't impact our stay in the slightest. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends!»
