«The hotel has fabulous Christmas decorations that make it feel even cosier and more inviting. The staff were really friendly, professional & welcoming. The room was a good size and clean and well presented, as was the bathroom. The bar area was relaxed and had a nice atmosphere. Only one issue during the visit. The breakfast sandwiches were in stotties that seemed a bit stale. We didn’t feed this back at the time, which I now realise was unfair. Apologies.»

«Hemos estado una noche en una habitación con una cama doble y un sofa cama individual, perfecto para 2-3 personas. La estancia ha sido buena, la habitación tiene vistas al río y al puente. Opción muy recomendable para cortas estancias en la ciudad. La atención en recepción ha sido estupenda en todas las horas y dudas que hemos tenido. Hemos desayunado un buffet tipo inglés per 11€ approx.»

«We stayed as a group of 8 ladies, we we watching a show at the stage making this apartment the perfect location. Directly outside the metro station, with a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend »

«The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open.»
