I was disappointed in my stay because of the following reasons:
Paid for a room upgrade for a jetted bathtub and larger room and there was no jetted tub and square footage of room was standard at 314 sq ft. I mentioned this to staff, and no action was taken and was not offered a resolution. (No reimbursement or an apology or acknowlegement of their mistake)
Was mistakenly given a room which previous person checked out, then had to go back to office to be given a clean room.
Room was noisy due to traffic from the freeway. Heater was loud and noisy.
Bathroom light for vanity did not work. This was challenging for me to see due to my vision impairment.
Breakfast options were limited and a great disappointment. No bacon, potatoes, waffles, or pancakes were available.
Check-in and check-out was a hassle. I did not receive a estimate of my charge when checking in, and I asked multiple times for a receipt upon check-out to see my charges. (I get reimbursed for my lodging)
Positives: The hotel representatives were friendly and the room was clean.
Overall, my stay wasn't pleasant and disappointing. When I come back in 9 months, I will pay more for a better hotel.
