«The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. Since it is in the lower level of a home, you do have the noise of people above you but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning.It snowed while we were visiting and the host was so kind he cleared our walkway too. «The house was very well kept. Our only complaint was that the beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. The layout was perfect for our family. The grill worked for grilling hamburgers and the table seating worked for our large family-9 adults and 6 children. One suggestion would be to supply coffee filters that fit the machine there. Normal filters don't fit.»

Bring extra blankets and towels as the blankets are very thin and only one towel per guest. You can request more towels which they were kind enough to provide.»
