6/10 – Grei

It’s easy to miss as you’re driving down a busy 4 lane divided road. A larger sign would be helpful.
An automatic door at the entrance would be fantastic as I tripped on the rug and fell upon arrival to check in. I had a medium sized wheeled bag that got hung up on the door and fighting to get the door back open to get my luggage in and a corner of the entry rug was curled up, it was a recipe for disaster.
An automatic door would have most definitely prevented that.
I was ok, a decent size rug burn on my knee and elbow, but ok.
Another guest (young man) came to aide and helped resolve the tangle my luggage and the door were in.
The desk attendant offered to upgrade my room. I declined, as I wasn’t injured badly (just my ego). However, he upgraded my room none the less.
I’m in my mid 50’s and luckily in good health and very active.
An older or less healthy/active person may not have faired so well.
Beware of the door if you’re traveling solo.
Once I was in and settled - all went well the rest of my stay.
