«This was the perfect little spot for our quick get away. Being right there on the water was relaxing and beautiful! Only about 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 10 minutes from the Ouachita State Park, in the quiet country side. Very clean and comfy. The hosts are easy to get in touch with and respond in a timely manner.»

«We had a wonderful stay at the Hot Springs Lake Side Condo! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was easy and stress-free from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both simple and seamless, which made our stay even better. We especially appreciated that the condo was pet-friendly, so we could bring our furry family member along with us! 🐾 We couldn’t have asked for a better ...

«The property was beautiful.,only issue was getting in the room. It took 4 tries. Would stay again.»

«We enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is they don't have a washer and dryer there. We like to wash our lake clothes. There could be a laundry area somewhere. We only stayed one night so I didn't look. There is a nice swimming area. Get up early and enjoy watching the river wake up. The morning we were there it was foggy and beautiful.»

«This was a perfect get away for us. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations and can’t wait till we get to return. When your 7 yo says it was the best vacation ever, that says a lot !! The condo was very well furnished and we enjoyed being right on the river. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and everyone we met was super nice. We felt very safe inside a gated area and never had any issues with loud noises or anything! I’ll add a few notes for the next family that we definitely took note ...

«Perfect place to stay for a couple. Very clean!»

«The view was spectacular»

«The bed was very comfortable the AC worked. I was planning a relaxing Lakeview trip. There was a junk house to the left the front view although there is some water you see a lot of highway traffic which was not an appealing sound or sight for someone wanting to get away. Train tracks are behind the condo. To the right of your view on the porch is old trailers with junky cars in the back. If you put on blinders and look straight in front of you you would have a beautiful view. The furniture was ...

«We enjoy this condo»

«The location of this property was very convenient. The place was nice and clean and the view of the river from the balcony was great! Our host was very accessible and made the check-in process seamless. And, with the temperature searing, it was awesome having an air conditioner that could keep it cool.»

«This was a condo listed on expedia thru vrbo! We communicated through expedia with vrbo condo management or owner! I rated communication low because management or ownership didn't notify us that swimming pool was secured for repairs until arrival day, and I may have canceled if given more time before or during our cancelation time frame because pool was one amenities I was really needing for this trip not on beachfront! The lake view was ok. The and clean, exroom was decorated very nice. Condo ...
