«Heidi was an excellent host and great communicator. The house had everything we needed for two families totaling four adults and five kids. It was so very organized (labels on all things and a kitchen inventory list). The bathrooms are new and clean and there was plenty of space to accommodate all the kids, esp if some kids want to play games while others watch a movie. Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation. Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most.
