«The staff seemed uninterested and almost rude. Our hotel room had a bad smell, we tried changing rooms, but was declined. They said that there were no other rooms available, even though we could see on hotels.com that rooms were still available for booking the same days. The location was great and the beach was beautiful. Would pick another hotel next time.»

The waters of Bora Bora was awe inspiring with crystal clear water and the most beautiful shades of blue. The property is immaculate and looked after with love from the staff, rooms were huge and the views were just magical. The restuarants were all outstanding, but The Lagoon restuarant stood out the most..... but was it a burst of mind ...
