«Staff is rude. They refused our reservations with no explanation. They don’t change the sheets on the bed. I had to go and buy my own bed sheets to put on the bed. The cable only works sometimes. When it was brought to their attention they say that as long as one tv works then there is nothing they will do about it.»

Asked for sizzors to cut open my kids sand toys they said the didnt keep sharp objects on the property so bring sizzors if needed,and a air mattress cause the pull out couch was horrible can feel every spring and paper thin.we went and purchased a air mattress after 1 night of our stay.»

«The view was great but they don’t have enough parking space the room was ok but the doors were not closing right the outside was not that clean the pool was not in condition to use I stay 2 days and they didn’t offer to clean the room or a set of new clean towels overall was very poor service and everything !!!!»
