«Tim was clean, jets in hot tub worked, patio clean. It’s obviously older, but is clean, comfortable, the elevators always work and staff is always cordial and courteous! I’m a return visitor because it’s quiet at the end of the beach near the inlet and we love the hot tub!»

«I gave this a 3 because of the house keeping. Each day we had to ask the front desk for towels after asking the housekeepers to provide fresh towels. Upon check out, the receptionist continued her conversation with her co-worker. I had to ask for the receipt and she never asked me if I enjoyed my stay or for my return business. I usually stay at Hilton hotels because I have never encountered this before.»

«Our room had some issues. Our showerhead wasn't working the whole stay. The first night they replaced our showerhead. Then yhe next day the shower was cold water and a sprinkle coming out of the replaced showerhead. This trip was not at all what I expected. Very disappointed with this stay!»

«The laundry was up to part. The staff was good except for not letting us know about the marathon on check out day and some other things they didn't let us know about. Over all the stay was good»

«Need to check each room to make sure that everything is in running order we had a room that the shower ran hot water only no cold water ran in shower had to be moved to another room then that room the coffee maker did not work had to go get another one. Other than that beds were clean so was the room staff was very nice and helpful.»

«Tough day apparently for the well meaning front desk staff and manager. Checked in at 5:30pm on a busy Saturday evening in March. Pull out couch was opened with mattress in half and bottom sheet along with it. Top sheet was in a heap on the night stand. Trash can in kitchen “suite” was on its side. Hmmmm went back down to share with front desk. Manager apologized and said they would take care of it. Also would address stale cigarette odor. Before leaving for dinner 6:45 told staff we were ...

«The hotel needs 100% renovation, very dirty and most of the bathroom has big cracks, smelling and not worthy to be commercialized. Below living standards. I will never recomend. And its pricy too. »
