«I gave this a 3 because of the house keeping. Each day we had to ask the front desk for towels after asking the housekeepers to provide fresh towels. Upon check out, the receptionist continued her conversation with her co-worker. I had to ask for the receipt and she never asked me if I enjoyed my stay or for my return business. I usually stay at Hilton hotels because I have never encountered this before.»

«The breakfast was extremely limited. They only had bagels, grits, eggs, waffles, cold cereal and yogurt. They didn't have bread, which was an issue for my son who cannot chew bagels. Upon check-in, I was slapped with an $18/day parking fee, although Expedia listed this property as offering free parking. The manager on duty was kind enough to remove the fee.»

«The floor of the room was completely filthy. My feet were black just by taking 6 steps forward. Not to mention they put us in the back of the hotel and the only sun light we got was a peek from inside of the car garage. The building is old, but most beach hotels are.»

«Room was very clean, beds were great, pillows fantastic. My rating is based on several reasons. Room had ceiling damage. We paid 350.00 room/nightly (i believe due to national track and field competitions in the area) and this hotel offers no continental breakfast option. I find that incredibly mind blowing. They did offer a free water in the room, but did not clean our room day 2 while we were gone all day. Which resulted in no clean towels. Dissappointing for staying 2 days at a hotel ...

«Shower tiles caved in around knob, holes in the walls in the room. Other patrons were smoking marjuana on the balconies and being loud. General manager stated they couldn’t do anything about the noise until 1 AM. General manager also stated that marijuana is legal in Virginia so they can’t tell them no. »
