«Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). Up to date photos would be good on cottages.comMay be a bit cosy with 4 adults (we were 3 adults and dog )Slightly nit picking, would have helped to have settee across the lounge facing TV. «We could not fault inside the house clean and lovely Unfortunately parking is very hard if you have anything other than a smart car and there really isn't a garden Ok we arrived for our 10 day visit upon arrival was told not very nicely to move our car as we parked in wrong place we had a nice 2 days then went to combe Martin for the next 2 days fir our wedding which was perfect We arrived back at the house and within 2 hours we were being shouted at and verbally abused by a male neighbor ...

«I don’t know if a review is needed as day 2 of our stay a for sale board appeared outside! Room sizes great. As November we didn’t use the outside facilities. Kitchen was well equipped. The radiator in the family bathroom a friend burnt herself. It does get red hot so be careful. We struggled a bit with the heating as it was really cold at the beginning and then extremely warm. We knew it was remote but anyone not wanting to walk may find it a bit remote. Had a fantastic stay with some great ...
