«The house was clean but in the description states it has A/C which in my opinion is misleading. The A/C is window only. It kept most of the house cool but one of the bedrooms was a little hot. Also the mattress in the bedroom off the living room really needs to be replaced. I slept on it one night and woke up the next day with a nightmare backache. My son and I changed beds, even though he is a young in shape guy he said the mattress did not provide much support. He thought it looked like one ...

«This was the perfect tiny house for a weekend getaway with my husband. It was great proximity to The Caverns, as well as lots of hiking options. Very clean, well equipped for a small space and easy check-in and out. The bed is in the loft so make sure you are able to climb a fairly steep set of stairs. Might be tricky for some who need nightly potty breaks. Otherwise it’s a go!!!!»

«Although it rained our whole stay the tin roof was phenomenal to hear the rain and we sat in the porch and watched the creek rise it was so peaceful even had a few dogs stop by to visit would definitely stay again»

«This house is beautiful. Newer (like brand new) construction with high quality everything. We only used the downstairs master suite, which had a fantastic bathroom and the bedroom had access to the outdoor dining area. While we didn't use the upstairs (only accesible by a spiral staircases), it has two nice bedrooms and another nice full bathroom. We only stayed one night while passing through the area, but we were able to enjoy the hiking trails at nearby Savage Gulch State Park. »
